Just a short walk away from boardwalk pool and hot tub, pop up shops and food trucks. Guests will have access to the Carlton Landing fitness club, Tennis and pickleball courts, plus 2 community pools.

The spacious front porch with two day swings sets the scene for a serene lake retreat. Plush furnishings and a cozy fireplace welcome guests to relax in the comfortable living area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need to enjoy preparing fresh meals. Nearby, a dining table provide ample room for guest dining. On the first level is a laundry room and a cute powder bath located by the back door.

The second floor presents a beautiful king en-suite with king bed, abundant natural light leading to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee, and a private bathroom. This level also offers 2 additional guest rooms, 1 with a king bed and an efficient bunk room with 6 twin beds, and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
