Clean, easy, quiet stay

Beds were comfortable. The condo was clean and tidy. Not fancy decor and furniture but it was perfectly acceptable. The location was perfect. We had competitions at the Hilton Branson Convention Center and it was close and we were able to stay out of the high traffic areas. Felt like a safe area. I would stay here again.

Couldn't Have Been Better!

We appreciated the easy entry--ramp, no steps--as well the cleanliness of the rooms, dishes and cooking pans for meal preparation, a bathroom for each bedroom, and the balcony for relaxing outdoors. For us, it couldn't have been better!

Great location

The location was perfect for getting to Branson Landing and surrounding areas. The only issue we had was the front door. It doesn't shut properly, and you have to have two hands to lock or unlock it. The condo itself was nice and spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

Nice place!

Nice condo and a lot of thoughtful amenities. We enjoyed our stay, and would go back again. The only negative was whoever lives or was staying upstairs. The walls and floor are very thin and anyone walking or running around could be heard easily. They do have quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM which is nice.

Overall stay went well.

The property was fine. I would recommend cleaning the air vents, including the bathrooms, and dusting the ceiling fans. These were all dusty and this created issues with allergies with my family. Also, if guests are to provide their own dish clothes and towels for the kitchen, please advise so ahead of time. We would stay again, but be prepared for the above stated issues. Thank you.

Good place except the carpet

The condo was good except for the odor. New carpet would probably solve the problem. The bedroom closets smelt very bad. The bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. When our coffee maker didn’t work they brought us a new one. Overall if they would replace the carpet it would be a nice place to stay.

The condo was below expectations. The master bathroom tub was nasty looking (looked dirty), towels were very thin, wash cloths had big spots of grey/black on them, the wall behind the toilet is pealing, both bathrooms cabinets have handles that need to be fixed as does one in the kitchen, the gfc pug in the bathroom needs repaired as it will not hold a plug, the coffee pot was nasty and needed to be scrubbed before we used. The sliding screen door on patio is off the rails and looks like it has been bent.

Owner's response: Margie, We have been very lucky to have had numerous guests who have shared great feedback and 5-star reviews. We know that things happen but when a guest tries to cancel before they are set to arrive and expect a full refund we are the ones who are losing out because we can't rent the home in such a short time. We're sorry that your plans did not work out as you expected. - We take cleanliness very seriously and have scheduled the replacement of the tub in the master bedroom during the off-season so that we can get this done with minimal disturbance to our guests. - We will speak with our maintenance and cleaning team about the towels, coffee pot, and handles to make sure that everything is up to standards. - We did not see any peeling paint when we were there a few months ago for our inspection and the GFI plug was functioning perfectly however we will have them checked on and repaired as needed. - As with most sliding glass door screens they pop off the track frequently and just need to be set back on, we will have it inspected too. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver.

Review of family of 4 stay

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a quick family trip to Branson. I loved the location, it is right near the pool and just on the outskirts of Branson taking you away from so much hustle and bustle. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because around the kitchen/ dining room floor where tiling meets carpet, I found tack strip with my feet four times. I attempted to push down as many tasks as I could find but I was still very worried everytime I or my small children walked in that area. The tack strip came up to high through the carpet and poked through skin hard enough to draw blood. I think with the right tools this could be an easy fix!

Don’t RentThis Unit Until It Is Repaired

The master bath tub was unusable. There was oil and filth around the jets and the drain. The glazing on the bottom of the tub was worn through. It needs to be reglazed or replaced. I contacted the property manager who offered to clean it. Unfortunately I’m not sure it could be cleaned. Also the vanity had cigarette burn marks on it. It should never had been rented in this shape.

This property was quite spacious for the 3 of us who rented it. It was a great location and the pool was very close to our condo. I really enjoyed the outside patio off of the living room. It was also nice having two bathrooms. I would definitely come back.
