Was told, in writing, that the property had a garage and driveway for parking, which was needed. So I canceled a rental that was less expensive and more centrally located for our plans. Only to discover that the property description was a complete fabrication. Contacted the host, but was less than helpful. He finally responded right before we checked out, by telling me to go direct to the company responsible for the property. So much for contacting him for assistance. When you are lied to, in writing, about the property, and it is a feature that is very important to you, and no one cares enough to try and fix the issue, it affects the overall pleasure of the trip.Oh - and the property was overrun by ants. Hundreds of them in the kitchen area. And yes - I have pictures. And yes - I reported it and was told there were no ants a week or so earlier.

This property is centrally located. Close to downtown and easy to travel to areas top sites. Key/lockbox was hard to find for entry, host was as quick to respond and help. Even offered to come by if needed. Air conditioning/washer dryer/tv great. We did not realize it was a basement property. With children above it was extremely loud and distracting. Hard to relax and sleep. Once they left it was quite enjoyable. Well organized space. Kitchen well equipped however toaster was not working and burnt at the lowest level (notified host). Grocery store nearby. Bathroom small but clean and workable. No hairdryer but bought one and left it behind for others. Overall great value and cute place!

Nice place, very clean and well cared for, friendly owners

It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in and around the Black Hills and Sturgis area. 30 to 40 minutes to most activities. We wanted to be centrally located and we were. Quite neighborhood, dog friendly. This house was in good condition with a nice fenced in yard. I brought my dog along and she was able to run around a bit. It's also close to down town Rapid restaurants/breweries.

Very nice place!

Only complaint I have is young children on the upper level are very loud. Families with children or animals should stay on the bottom. You here everything above you. Other than that the place was very nice.

Wonderful booking

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great being able to travel with our dogs and they had a place they could enjoy outside that was not just on the side of the road. our kids enjoyed having different places to spread out. We would recommend this place to others.

Unfortunately with being the bottom unit and the upper unit tenants having dogs…. We heard dogs ALL NIGHT! Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. The TV doesn’t function properly, the volume vibrates with any bass and can’t be over volume 10. It was very clean and having laundry available was great with a family. Make sure you try Que Pasa! Greatest Mexican restaurant!
