This was a very clean, updated property. There was eight of us total and everybody had plenty of room. Excellent location to both the beach and area restaurants. Would stay again
This was a nicely update, clean rental with close proximity to the beach and a lot of fun bars/restaurants/etc. Would definitely choose this property again for our group of 11. Thank you!
The unit was beautifully updated and so spacious. Our group of 8 adults had plenty of space. Views were beautiful and check in and communication was a breeze. We’d def stay here again.

4 generation vacation
This is a beautiful place the partial gulf view was nice. There were 9 in our party aging from 6 to 70. Everyone had a great and plan on going again.
overall great stay! loved being beach front. plenty of space. easy access to parking and proximity to the condo. Cute ice cream place next door that we walked to daily. Restaurant on site wasn’t so friendly or accommodating but it’s also low season.

Thank you for your review Monica, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to host you again soon.
Very nice vacation, 3 families, 8 adults, 2 kids, a toddler, and a baby. Clean home with plenty of helpful stuff included - we didn't use them but there were beach chairs, extra towels, boggie boards, styrofoam coolers, binoculars, etc. King size bed and the front room queen beds were very comfortable. Beds in the room with a balcony were not comfortable, hopefully they'll get them fixed soon. Adult who slept on one of the fold out couches said it was pretty comfy. Kids really enjoyed the kiddie pool adults loved the jacuzzi by the big pool. Loved being directly on the beach. Took sunrise and moonlit walks on the beach - awesome
Good ocean views, access to beach couldn’t have been easier. Older building, clean, quiet. Staff were nice and helpful. Great pool and jacuzzi. This unit needs some organizing, sprucing up and clean-up. Lots of leftover beach stuff and other stuff in the closets. Bed linens and towels are older and a bit worn.

This was I think our 10th year staying at this resort. We have in the past rented the pent house suites and one 3 bedroom unit. This was the best even without the beach front view. The rooms were clean, the furnishings were very nice and modern. The kitchen was stocked with ample items not the bare necessities. We have already made our reservation for a return next year.
Property was mostly okay. There was mold on the ice maker and under the kitchen sink mat. The south elevators were out of order and the west one worked sporadically. The location was great; walk to the beach and John’s Pass. There was damage due to the hurricanes, but it looks like they are managing. Not enough beach towels for the number in the group.
The unit was beautiful and well equipped. The mattress’s need replaced. Also the outlets in all 3 bathrooms did not work. The air conditioning did not work when we arrived which was a bit disappointing. Honestly the complex needed some cleaning and fresh paint. We were disappointed at the amount of pot and cigarettes we could smell from our balcony.. At times the smell was overwhelming.

Excellent for our needs
We loved the condo. It was clean, spacious, and close to the beach for walks. I had trouble getting the arrival instructions in front of the leasing company, but I resolved it with a few phone calls the night before our trip. We were a little surprised at the lack of good in the unit. Typically with a rental, there is a pantry with things like salt/pepper/sugar, and some cleaning supplies. If you rent this unit, expect to bring all of those things with you. We had to buy dish soap, hand soap, etc. It's not a big deal, but it's something to know before your trip. I would also say the bed I slept in (the room with two beds) was really uncomfortable. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever return to Treasure Island.
Very spacious condo and very comfortable and clean! Great view. Spent all our time at the pool and on the beach. Would happily stay here again. Price is a bit steep though. Be prepared to supply everything that you might need (e.g. dishwasher and washing machine detergent, paper towels and toilet paper, etc).
We've been back to this resort twice now, and we're hoping to make it an annual trip :) Great location, employees of Sunset Vistas made the trip so great, and communication with the property manager was amazing whenever we needed something.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property and location were perfect. The condo was very clean other than the floors which were filthy and sticky if you were walking around barefoot. Otherwise, would definitely recommend!
