Paradiso Al Mare is a fun and family friendly beach front house in Treasure Island/Sunset Beach. This amazing property has direct beach access so you can walk right onto the beach and into the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The home has recently been renovated and features beautiful wood floors throughout. The large open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal with state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops. The comfortable bright living room features a Smart TV and opens up to a large outdoor deck with comfy furniture and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The large deck is great to gather with your family and friends, to hang out with a good book, sunbathe or watch the breathtaking Gulf Coast sunsets while sipping on a fancy cocktail!

The home has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom on the first floor has a comfortable king-sized bed and lots of closet space; bedrooms two and three are on the upper floor. One has a queen-sized bed, the other has bunk beds with a twin on top and a full sized bed on the bottom. There's also a couch that lies flat to a bed in this room. All bedrooms are very spacious and feature smart TVs. One of the upstairs bedrooms opens up to another balcony with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The main en suite bathroom as well as the 2nd upstairs bathroom feature shower/tub combos and sinks with granite counter tops. A laundry room with a full washer and dryer is available to our guests on the main level.

The house is super cute and in a great location! The access to the beach was fantastic. Sunsets amazing. Coffee in the deck was bliss! Cleanliness was fair. They could have done a better job with dusting and vacuuming but not horrible. I did find a dried contact lens on toilet, so I felt compelled to do a wipe down of the bathrooms. A bit frustrating considering the large cleaning fee they charge. The only bathroom on the first floor was in the primary bedroom, which we didn’t mind, but felt should be indicated on the VRBO profile. There are two coffee makers and a Keriug! - which should also be listed on the VRBO The lower kitchen cabinets and drawers were completely disorganized with a pan in just about every cabinet and cooking utensils scattered in numerous drawers. That being said there were plenty of pans, Pyrex, dishes and utensils- you just had to hunt for what you wanted. Only thing we looked for and wished they had was a sheet pan. Beds were comfortable and clean with the softest quilts. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would go back again.

January getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was still recovering from the October 2024 storms. The house was in a good location. Everything is within walking distance. The plastic adirondack chairs should be replaced. The kayaks were damaged I would not take those out of the water.

New kitchen and baths, but the rugs were well worn, the deck cushions had lost all their stuffing and the rest of the place was rather rustic and not well lit.

Right on beach, loved it! Only issue was water pressure at kitchen sink, impossible to wash dishes! Otherwise house was good, plenty of towels, wide assortment of dishes, etc.

Direct beach and water access. That was the most important thing for me. When I travel to Florida or any other costal state I want to hear the waves crashing on the beach. I did try to call the number on the text message receive with the code information to enter the property. The call went straight to an automated system. I did not like that. It didn’t feel personable. When we arrived Amazon packages were in the doorstep. Another Amazon packages arrived at the property. We put them inside the property on the shelf. We did not want to be responsible for those items. I should have read the description a little better before booking. I thought kayaks were on the listing for recreational use. I suggest providing beach towels for guests. We traveled by plane and did not want to purchase beach towels.

Beautiful Views

The views from the rental are breathtaking! The house was very clean and had been recently updated. Could use updated bedding and outdoor furniture (sheets were stretched out and didn’t fit the bed and outdoor furniture is plastic). But other than that appliances were updated and great location (walking distance to 7-11 for when you need anything). Would recommend!

Wonderful Place

The property is a cute wooden home with all the necessary items to make your vacation a great one. I stayed with 5 other friends and had a great time. The home is easy to access with plenty of parking and direct beach acess. It was perfect for us. If there is anything I would criticize it would be that the AC in the second floor is a bit loud and there are no mirrors in the bedrooms, they are only in the bathrooms. Also, the walls are super thin so you can hear all the noise if someones is in the kitchen or even in the lower bedroom all the way up. Again, minor things ans nothing so serious that would prevent me from booking this property if im in the area once again.

Cute & Fun Getaway

We live in the Tampa Bay area and needed a little getaway for the family before school starts. I saw this cute place and it was perfect. The beach is the backyard so the views were incredible. Two stories with 2 balconies was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space for inviting extra friends for a day of fun. We didn't get to take advantage of the grill because of the lovely & unpredictable Florida weather. WiFi was great for the kids during down time. All TVs were equipped with a variety of channels for every age. Everything in this adorable home worked perfect. We weren't able to use the kayak, but we still give it 5 stars and will return if the kayaks will be available. If you like sand in your toes and need a quiet place to go, this is your place!

Great location

Railing at top of stairs not nailed down - a huge accident waiting to happen. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were worthless, since there was no padding in them..Kind of a joke.. Grill barely functioned at all. It would not get hot enough to cook food. It looked like the kitchen amenities were throw together with zero thought to usage. Finally, I am both a home owner in St. Pete and a rental property owner in LBI, NJ. This property was way over priced for the condition and amenities provided. I'd fix the railing at the top of the stairs asap.

Just right Resting Spot

We enjoyed this house very much. It was perfect for our needs. We had a party of 3 adults and 2 young ones. My kiddos loved going up the upstairs to the bunk beds, which were very nice and good sized(full size mattresses on top & bottom). The kitchen was very nice and plenty of space. We cooked meals for breakfast and supper multiple nights and had all the essentials. Everything worked great. We got to use a traditional coffee pot vs our regular keruig but that coffee was still great. The view of the ocean was fabulous and the patio was nice and relaxing, and the path to the beach was short and enjoyable. I loved how it was not crowded on the beach for us. This place was just right for us. We actually didn't get a chance to use the kayaks, but were thankful they were an option for us to use. There were plenty of bath towels to use. They even had extra trash bags for us to use. It was a nice spot. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Would love to come again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Paradiso al Mare. There were houses on both sides but we felt there was a lot of privacy at this property. The ocean views are amazing from the porch. The beach is right out the door in your backyard! Beach chairs are provided. Everything seemed clean. There was plenty of cookware to use. As with any rental house, there were a few cons. The water pressure in the kitchen sink is very low. We needed more pillows/blankets and couldn’t find any. Resort Rentals told us that was the responsibility of the owners to provide those. The description says there are 2 kayaks but there was only 1. However, none of these were deal breakers and we would recommend and stay in this house again!

Water dripping from ceiling, no internet/tv

We had no internet/tv right from day one. Management couldn’t figure it out so we had to wait 5 days for Spectrum to arrive. We had brown water dripping down from the ceiling and when we first entered the house we were greeted by a cockroach. Communication with management was not helpful and they said we might get a discount after our stay. Now they say they can’t give a discount because it was just some device unplugged and thats why we didn’t have internet. So disappointed by this. Would not recommend to anyone nor come back.

We apologize you had difficulty with the wifi/tvs as the cable company went out they found out that the reason it was down was the equipment had been unplugged in the bedroom to plug in a child's light that shines on the ceiling, therefore we could not refund. We hope you had beach time and relaxed.

Cute but…

This house was super cute, older in style but the decor was more modern. We had 6 adults (25 years+) and my 1 year old son staying here; when I booked the house it was advertised as “family friendly” which turned out to be untrue. There were overloaded surge protectors just hanging out and random wires/cords to things zip tied together on the living room rug that my son could’ve easily hurt himself on. There was barely enough silverware to last the 6 adults one meal at the house, we ended up having to buy plastic silverware and plates to use for meals apart from our first day at the house. The deck area was spacious enough but was so dirty that our entire party agreed it probably had never been cleaned. There was an outdoor shower, which is super convenient, except for the fact that it’s right next to a giant overgrown cactus that hangs into the shower area, so of course my very curious 1 year old wanted to play with it! The walkway to the beach was full of sharp rocks, decent sized twigs and pine cones and debris from the bushes on either side, definitely needed to be cleaned up a little in our opinion. The only upsides to this house were the area it’s in and the beach- there are so many bars or restaurants that can be walked or driven a short distance to, and the beach at the property was nice. All in all, the house gets 3 stars, we were just underwhelmed.
