Housing with beautiful sea view and located at the entrance of the residence. Co-ownership facing the beach of Gaillarde with direct underground access <50m, restaurants and shops <50m, swimming pools, tennis, petanques and bike path at the entrance of the condominium and hiking departures behind the residence. You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, its view and the activities on offer. Possibility to accommodate 2 couples - contact me. The apartment consists of: 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1small bedroom, 1 shower room + separate wc. Suitable for couples and families, 2 couples also.
