However, a bedroom, a full bathroom with 2 steps to the toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen are available in the lower level

Enjoyed our stay, the heated pool was on the cool side but on a hot day it was refreshing- we just werent able to enjoy it daily like we had hoped to.

3 night stay in this home. Pool gets sun all day long! Backyard offers paddleboats and kayaking in the canal. Nice sittung area on decks and in yard too. Close to beaches, resturaunts and shopping.

Perfect family fishing getaway

We brought a small bay boat with Bimini top (t-top or tower won’t fit under the lower bridges). Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all of the provided beach gear and toys. This house was clean and well stocked. Quiet neighborhood and got to see many tarpon, dolphins, crabs, and do some shelling and find shark teeth on the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Great place with all the beach extras!

This place had everything needed for our Spring break trip with friends! 3 families; 6 adults and 5 kids age 9-12 fit comfortably. Adults stayed in the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the kids were able to stay together in the downstairs area. Pool was perfectly warmed, and the kayaks were a hit. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach and they had everything covered for us including umbrellas, chairs, towels and sand toys. Would definitely recommend to families like ours!

Exceeds Expectations

Rentals can be tough, especially for families. Can't predict cleanliness, not sure exactly what's on site for amenities, the house can be "unfriendly" and if you have rented before you know what I mean. This home is freshly updated, sparkling clean, has so much stuff you can do there (pool, ping pong, kayaks, pedal boats, basic toiletries) you end up staying home...like why leave? Host is an excellent communicator. Reserve this home with confidence. Not a ding but 2 full baths with 5 actual beds...feels like 6-8 is the max to be comfortable. Would/will stay again.

Great place for multi-family and we brought our boat

We had 7 people total for our visit, 4 adults and 3 kids, and the place worked out excellent for us. The house had everything we needed (linens, pots/pans, towels, etc) and close by was a super-walmart and a grocery store both within 2 miles. We brought a 21' shallow bay center console boat for our visit. Even with our long trailer it was fairly easy to park at the house. Theres an available public boat ramp less than a 5 minute drive (10-15 minutes by boat) from the house at Ainger Creek Park that was right on the way between us and Lemon Bay and very easy to use. The boat dock was small, and there was no slip but 2 cleats were available on the dock for tying off. Using a cleat and a powerpole anchor worked great for parking the boat at night. There was no power available, but there is a long water house that reaches the dock if you need a fresh water rinse. Access to Lemon Bay from the property requires navigating through canals with some extremely shallow points, sand/oyster bars, as well as passing under 2 bridges, one of them which is extremely low, especially at high tide (about 7' clearance). Our boat had a retractable bimini top that, if it did not retract, we would not have made it. Consider this before booking if you are bringing or renting a large boat. We enjoyed the ping pong table, pool, kayaks/pedal boats and paddle boards available on site. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay.

Great place close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay, it’s clean, has all kitchen supplies and all you need for bath including shampoos and conditioner even micellar water for makeup removal. Walmart and Publix are 5 minutes to drive and 8 minutes to the Engelwood Beach, which is great has bathrooms, place to change and showers, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas rentals. We had two big families, so having two kitchens was a blessing,! Place has pool, shower outside, variety of beach toys and towels! We enjoyed our vacation!!!

This house exceeded our group's expectations from beginning to end. The host was very responsive and the house provided everything you could possibly need. You can tell the house is well maintained and the attention to detail was amazing. The house was totally ready to make the guests stay as comfortable as possible. The pool and the ping pong table in the garage, kept everyone well entertained. We were able to rent a boat and bring it up to the house to load and unload all our stuff which was super convenient. I would 100% recommend this house. 10 STARS!!!!

The house exceeded expectations and all (to include the pool) was very clean just as pictures reflected. Every aspect was covered and there were many nice touches in the house plus well equipped to have fun in the water. All the extra touches were great to make our stay enjoyable. We had an EXCELLENT time on vacation and the house exceeded our expectations. We loved the boats, kayaks, pool, grill, bikes, ping pong table and all the games. The basement was perfect for our teenage girls. And all the special touches like the food, beer, wine and snacks made it a 5 star experience. The dinner plates, bowls, pans and silverware were brand new and made the kitchen feel so classy. Plenty of space upstairs and down: there were seven of us and we felt comfortable! Truly can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. Thank you for making our vacation one we will never forget!

Felt like home for a large family

Excellent property. Extremely clean and newly renovated. Screened in pool was a huge plus. Enjoyed the kayaks on the canal. Extra amenities like slippers, toiletries, paper products, beach towels, and beach gear were wonderful. All beds were extremely comfortable. A short drive to Manasota Key and really good restaurants. Having one shower on the main floor was the only drawback. We hope to return!
