Happy Ours 2 - beautiful walk to beach home

On entry through the pillared foyer you will see the large open plan family room with large TV and comfortable furniture painted in pale blue with  in blue and brown furnishings. Dining area overlooks the front garden with table and 6 chairs. The kitchen area is large and fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and there is a large breakfast area off the kitchen that looks out over the pool for your breakfast by sunlight. Nice breakfast table and chairs overlooking the pool for more casual dining.
There is also access to the pool area in this room through one of the many sliding glass doors throughout the home.
The master bedroom is on right side of home and is beautifully furnished with king bed and light rattan furniture. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, large tub and double vanity. There is also a large walk in closet. This room also has a private entrance to the pool area.. On the other side of the house are the three guest bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twins and share a full bathroom and the other bedroom is a smaller master suite with queen bed, light wood furniture, and en suite shower room. Pool access from this suite also.

The pool has a spacious lanai with loungers for sunning and table and chairs for outdoor dining. This home is close to shopping and restaurants and is only a short walk over the bridge to the beach. A very comfortable vacation home.

Perfect vacation home

Love this house, with its coastal vibe and cool colours. The pool is very private, with trees and bushes surrounding it. The furnishings are of a very high standard and the huge sofa in the living are is especially comfortable! Doreen and Lesley are always happy to help with any requests and nothing is too much trouble for them. Definitely on my "will book again" list!

A Fantastic Holiday

We had a fabulous time in our favourite place on earth. We simply love the area it is such a peaceful place. So convenient for the beach and a quick drive to the shops and restaurants. There is nothing like making a morning coffee then walking to the beach early in the morning to watch the world wake up. Thank you again, simply lovely

Spectacular and Relaxing Vacation

We spent 2 spectacular and relaxing weeks in Happy Ours 2. This home is one of our favorite homes to stay in, even though all of TMI’s rentals have been wonderful. We love the pool as it is always so clean and fun to float and swim in. The lanai is great too! The home layout is designed very well for entertaining. We find the bed in the master bedroom very comfortable providing a good nights sleep. The home is very clean and updated nicely. We also enjoy seeing the Tortoise, who lives in the front lawn, that we fondly have named “King Tut”.

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

Wonderful house

The house was amazing . We only have very positive memories of the house. It’s a short walk to the beach. Minutes from town for shopping. The house is very clean. It’s big and a quiet neighborhood. As you take morning walks the neighbors are very friendly. The pool was great. The house has all your needs. It’s like home away from home. I highly recommend it.

The property is on a dirt road in an extremely quite secluded neighborhood. One block from Manasota Key. Property manager communications were excellent. Highly recommended.

Favorite place to stay!

We've stayed at this house a couple of times over the yrs and it's the best! Excellent location to the beach. You can walk or drive to the beach. This yr we found over 700 shark teeth!! The house is always clean and has all the beach extras you may need. Great layout for large parties and a great large pool and outdoor area that we spent our down time. Will definitely be returning!!

Perfect Home Away from Home

My husband and I spent May 5 to May 19, 2024 in this beautiful home away from home. The home was neat, clean and well decorated. It was the perfect space to entertain our Florida family and friends. The pool and lanai area were very comfortable and we spent most days out there. We were walking distance to the beach but we chose to drive since we had a lot of beach supplies to carry with us. We loved watching the resident tortoise, whose home is in the front yard. Lesley and Doreen were so kind and prompt to help us with any questions or concerns about the house. We loved this house so much, that we have requested to stay here for our fall visit to Florida.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation home near the beach!

This very lovely home had everything we needed, and is located on a quiet, crushed shell avenue only about a 12 minute walk to Manasota Beach. The layout was perfect for us with our two grandchildren, daughter, and son-in-law. It is beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture and beds, and the kitchen is well supplied. The heated pool got used every day, including early mornings. There is a beach wagon (life saver for walking to the beach), several beach chairs, various pool floats, and plenty of good beach towels. (Also some shark teeth collecting baskets.) We enjoyed the resident gopher turtle out front, along with rabbits, once a pair of white Ibis birds, and plentiful song birds serenading us by the pool and out front. Lesley was a delight to work with, answered any questions promptly, and was quick to respond if we needed anything. Thank you, Lesley, and we look forward to next year!
