Great location to enjoy the area.

The property is easy to get to and very close to many of Lake Broken Bow's, Hochatown's and Beaver Bend's activities. It was a great base of operations for our trip and very comfortable.

The house was set up nicely for our group of seven. Close to all attractions and the state park. The new kitchen lower cabinets could maybe use handles, but otherwise, the kitchen was great. Owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for a great spring break location.

The local host went above and beyond answering messages and inviting us to local events within walking distance of accommodations. It isn’t the nicest or newest place we have stayed in Brokenbow but def clean. The woods were clean and the pond was relaxing. We enjoyed the fire pit a couple of nights and had plenty of room to park our ATV trailer

The place had the enough kitchen equipment to do all of the cooking and grilling. Not enough eating utensils had 7 of us with 6 forks. We didn’t have enough time to use the hot tub. Enjoyed the location for everything we did while in this area. Plenty of room for everyone that joined us with our little getaway!!

Family Vacation

Enjoyed nature and hiking. Spent time in the hot tub! We were able to cook meals and make s’mores around the camp fire. Overall, it was a GREAT Family Vacation.

Christmas at the cabin

The cabin was old the floors were soft the sink in the Master bedroom took forever to drain the bathtub took forever to drain. There was a couple of roaches in the cabin, my family and I had a good time. The cabin needs a lot of work.

Nice accommodations, very responsive, to include responding to request for a late checkout until....We discovered upon cleaning for checkout, a significant bed bug infestation in one of the beds.We text a notification message and pictures but, received no response.in return.

Great Getaway

This was a great place to getaway. Perfect size, nice hot tub, great play area, friendly staff that was responsive. The bedrooms were nice, no problems with any drains or tubs like mentioned in several other reviews. The beds were comfortable and we would definitely go back. It’s not perfect, of course a few little repairs may be needed but nothing that would make us question going back. We all loved it. The only downfall in my opinion is the 10am check out time. If it were 11-12 that would definitely make it perfect for me.

Hi Vince, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We have a freestanding A/C unit to help with the record-breaking heat. Sometimes it collects moisture, and we accidentally left a towel on the floor, but there was no standing water. We apologize for the confusion - The oven is working correctly. The breaker tripped, but we were able to resolve it immediately - The cottage now has all brand new flooring as well as new furniture Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

Great location for the cottage but with few inconveniences

Good: - Location of the cabin in the woods - Close to Beaver's Bend and other main spots- Big Hot tub - Fire pit- Responsive owners Bad: - Bad wifi, and I guess it's an open network for all the other cabins around to use. You don't get much reception too.- Bathtub and sink in one of the toilets is partially clogged and drains very slowly. Previous renters have mentioned the same in their review and I thought they would've been fixed, but no.- Backyard is common for the other 3 cabins around, so not much of a privacy

Property and house are stunning!! Perfect for our group of 5 and so close to everything! Enjoyed our trip and the peaceful atmosphere! Forgot the neighbors were even there, so it felt so secluded.House has definitely been redone and doesn’t look exactly like the pictures so I was a little scared we walked in to the wrong place. But it was beautiful and with great convenience to the hot tub and grills.There is a propane grill and a charcoal grill, luckily we got charcoal because the propane was out. 10/10 recommend!
