The second living room can be found further in Villa Seagulls Nest. This living room not only features cozy seating but a large Smart TV, making it easy to watch your favorite movie or show. This living area also features a desk that makes for the perfect work station for guests. Both living areas feature large sliding glass doors that lead directly to the lanai.
In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to make your favorite meal including all kitchen essentials, lots of counter space, a toaster, and a blender. The kitchen is centrally located in the house so you and your guests can converse from all over the house.
