The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take all garbage to the bins
All dirty linens and towels but in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please put your towels and linen’s in laundry before you leave. Also any dishes in sink put in dishwasher.
Please remove any of your food from the fridge and take your garbage to the curb. Thank You
Please do not leave anyone unattended at the pool. They are your responsibility, we do have a gate on site to keep around the pool even not in use.

Nice. Pool was too cool, ran out of paper towels and garbage bags. Third bedroom beds not comfortable. Large rooms, quiet neighborhood. Interior was very nice and very clean. Close enough to restaurants and stores.

Stayed at Lisa's property for one month. Great stay.The house is tastefully decorated. Large, spacious kitchen with up-to-date appliances and all the cookware/utensils you need. Plenty of living space. The house was spotless. The screened in pool/lanai area is a great place to relax and visit. Plenty of closet space with adequate hangers. Garage to pull your vehicle in out of the sun.Communication with Lisa was excellent. Fast to respond to any inquiry.The location is close to restaurants and stores. We will stay there again if possible. Highly recommended.

Great modern very clean property

This house was beautiful and super clean. Furnishings were practical and beautiful. Felt like we were staying in a model home. By far the best my family has ever stayed in. The pool was very clean, my kids enjoyed the pool our hole stay. Lisa the manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well kept, relaxing home

We stayed for 3+ weeks in January 2024. The home was nicely decorated and very relaxing. The location was close to 41 with all restaurants and stores near-by. The salt water heated pool was by far the best. We plan to stay in the future for a longer period of time.
