Welcome to North Port Florida! This amazing house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 adults! Fully caged (NO BUGS!!!!), outdoor, in-ground pool with solar heating panels! North Port is known for the world famous Warm Mineral Springs! Only a 15 minute drive away! Amazing fishing spots! White sandy beaches are only 25-30 mins away! Bring your four legged friends with - dogs and cats welcome!!

Easy check in with a passcode - no keys needed!!!

Large, open floor, living room with a super comfy sectional couch! 65” TV with all the tv apps (some you will need your own credentials to sign in)

Dinning room has a beautiful white table and 6 chairs. The table does open up to be able to accommodate up to 8 people!

King bed in master bedroom with its own full bathroom, queen beds in two other bedrooms and a sofa that turns into a full sleeper bed in the nook area! Master bed and one guest bedroom have 42” TVs with internet/apps hooked up (you will need to have your own credentials to log into some of the apps)

Free Wifi.

Stay for a couple nights or couple months!

The house has a laundry room with a washer and dryer plus Tide pods!

Propane Grill and a wood burning fire pit outside!

Huge stainless steel fridge, stove and microwave for your convenience.

Park up to 6 cars in the driveway and two more on the grass in front of the House.

We enjoyed the warm pool. The yard was big and fenced for our dogs. Communication with owner was great to get propane tanks refilled for the gas grill.

Would stay again, beautiful house!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful. The pool was nice and the split plan worked well for our family. As we did have dogs, it would have been helpful to know when the pool guy or lawn service was scheduled to come just so we were aware. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would visit again.

Very nice house

Very clean and nice house. Beautiful pool and lanai. Close to my family. Thanks for working with us on our stay dates due to our flights getting cancelled. Great host!

inside was fine, nice and clean. the outside grounds need some maintenance. The pool heater does not work.

I would not stay here again

Inside was painted and ok. Master shower quite old and old tiles. New appliances. TV was nice but horrible streaming. Outside was weeds and dead plants. Screen over lanai had rips and geckos getting in and dead in pool. Also saw one in the house. No toaster and other kitchen things. No propane so we bought some. When opening grill the bottom was completely rusted out. Maggots in trash barrel outside because previous renters didn’t put the trash to curb before we came. We had to clean that out No cookie sheet or baking pans, no dish towels. One sheet set for master bed only had 1 pillow case. Pool floats had no seat it was ripped off no bathroom or toilet cleaner we bought all that stuff. Entire fence leaning one way or another and propped up by 2x4. day before we left digital lock wouldn’t work owner called handy man but we missed our reservation with friends didn’t want to leave house unlocked. He had gotten notification that battery was low earlier in day but didn’t do anything about it till we called. We spent $90 on things we needed and we took our toaster home.

Great location and wonderful house.

The house was great for me and my family. The house was spacious and has everything we needed. The pool was clean and did not need heating. We found a dog beach a little over 1/2 hour away. Lots of stores nearby if you forget anything. The neighborhood is very friendly.

Little piece of paradise

Great stay! My family and I had so much fun at this property. The pool was prefect for a nice cool down on a hot day and there is plenty of room in the home for all. Communication with the owner was on point, and very respectful. We will be staying again. Great location to many beaches and a ton to do within a short drive.

We looked at a few places but chose this one because it has it all! No stairs, private pool, open floor concept, big driveway and a very good location, right in the middle of everything and close to the expressway!
