The location was convenient for our use. The check-in process was easy. It is a basement suite, so it seems a little dark and the stairs seemed a little steep.

Very clean, nice furniture, terribly supplied kitchen - no ice cube tray, oven mitts, just a few dishes, many items in listing not in the space, such as a blender - and the dryer didn’t seem to dry things which is particularly inconvenient when you’ve got a 12 day stay and just a single dish towel provided.

Normally we do not bother with leaving reviews because most suites are fairly decent. But this one was bad. We travel alot for work to many different areas and use Vrbo all the time. Communication with the host was poor. No TV for the first 2 nights. Absolutely zero parking anywhere on the block. The host did not shovel the entrance to the suite even after he was asked to. It was snow covered and slippery. There was constant stomping around upstairs after 10 pm. His rules that were sent to us stated quiet time after 8 pm but the rules did not apply to the upstairs which was extremely disrespectful because my husband was there for work for the week and needed to be up early. The shower had no pressure because the mixing valve did not fully engage for pressure to the shower head. The cooking utensils and pots were minimal and even the can opener did not work. The dryer sounded brutal and was about to shake itself apart. Overall i will not stay there again and suggest that anyone else shouldnt either.

We sincerely apologize for the TV issue during the first part of your stay. Unfortunately, it was caused by an unexpected technical problem, and we worked to resolve it as quickly as possible. Regarding parking, our listing explains that street parking is available but can occasionally be limited, particularly during winter or snow-clearing periods. We understand this can be frustrating. We're also sorry that the entrance was not cleared to your satisfaction. We strive to keep walkways safe for our guests, and your comments have been noted so we can improve our response time after snowfall. As for the noise, this is a basement suite, and while we ask everyone to observe quiet hours, occasional household noise can sometimes be heard. We regret that this affected your husband's rest. We appreciate your comments about the shower pressure, kitchen utensils, can opener, and dryer. These items has be inspected and addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests. We value all guest feedback and continuously work to improve our property. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Comes complete with a 65" Smart TV with android OS. Perfect for streaming your favourite TV Shows, Movies and Gaming.

Kitchen: Just bring your own food. We have provided the rest. This kitchen comes completely stocked with every relevant cooking needs. We have a huge selection of cooking pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, cookie trays, plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family and so much more. There is enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family. We’ve never had anyone run out of utensils.

Our kitchen is also stocked with plenty of paper towels, sponges, wipes, and various other kitchen cleaning supplies. Enjoy the stainless steel under mount sinks; the stylish cabinetry and the trendy vinyl plank floors with lots of storage spaces as well as a large kitchen pantry.
