Great stay

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and is close to several eateries and shops. It was big enough for eight of us and was very well kept and clean. Definitely will stay again if in the Oro Valley area.

The pool looked very nice. The whole house looked very charming and roomy actually. It is in a central location and has an older Tucson feel, which we really like. It's close to restaurants and shops, very convenient. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool or stay at the house due to an insect problem. The owner was very responsive and quickly gave us a refund for the days we were supposed to be there.

A great property on an interesting lot

The yard is huge and well maintained. Lots of interesting plant life and bird life including a road runner that ran around each morning. The pool was refreshing and the patio had enough shade for all my sibs.The main sitting area was large and comfortable. My sibs enjoyed their stay very much. We enjoyed several of the nearby restaurants, the Parish being my favorite. The muscles are terrific. All in all a great house in a really nice neighborhood.

The house, yard and pool was perfect for our group. Would absolutely recommend this home! Seraphina is a great host. Super responsive and answered all my questions. The home had tons of sitting space and any amenity you would need. Tons of towels, toiletries, kitchen appliances, pool floaties, umbrellas, etc. provided. Not to mention Pet friendly area for your dogs! 10/10!

Terrific Family Easter weekend getaway

This house was roomy, well-stocked, pet-friendly and beautifully furnished. We wanted an Easter weekend family getaway and this place had it all in a convenient, quiet location with pool, bbq, firepit and lots of wildlife. Seraphina, the property rep was readily available, but not intrusive. Check in and check out were clear and easy. We had a wonderful time. I look forward to another stay.

This property does it all!

- A very nice, walkable neighborhood. (Groceries within an easy and enjoyable 20 minute walk. The same or less to several good restaurants.) - Easy to get to much of the Tucson area by car. - A great space to host some friends for a meal. I highly recommend the home and will use it again when I’m in town.

The house was well stocked, clean & in a great location. The only downfall is the family room where the large tv is located is not comfortable. There was one sofa and two very uncomfortable wood straight back chairs. Disappointing.

A Family Easter Weekend Retreat

We wanted to get away and spend the Easter weekend together as a family plus our pet. The backyard was beautiful with plenty of seating, a sparkling pool, bbq and a fire pit. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms; the lovely decorations and spacious rooms really made it feel like home. The house and yard were well kept and very clean. Encore's representative, Seraphina was very responsive to my texts, questions and comments, but she was not intrusive. We felt very welcomed and would happily book this property again! The checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.

This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. A 2nd camera is located on the tree in the front yard and gives a 360-view of the yard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system's motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed But we are sorry if this caught you off guard.
