We had a great stay! The house was spacious, comfortable and the view was incredible! Check-in/out was easy and communication with host was great too! Would definitely come back again!

I was expecting much nicer place from the pictures! It looked old, outdated and definitely needed a lot of work!!! The deadbolt lock on the back door, in the kitchen, was taken partly out so you couldn’t use it. I told Bob about it and mentioned I have an autistic son who wanders off and I needed a lock for reinforcement to keep him safe. His nasty response was “watch your son”, as if he had a clue of our lives or even cared. The upstairs bathroom tiles were broken up and one stuck to my foot upon standing on it. Many of the lightbulbs were burned out so we had to swap some out that we really needed. Batteries were not working in 2 of the remotes of the 3 tv’s they had there. The toaster looked like it was from 1950’s and only one side toasted. The only bathtub upstairs didn’t have a plug so my son couldn’t use it. The ceilings looked like they had water leaks and stains on them. The whole place needs a paint job. It was very run down. The neighbors beside us had their door open because it was hot for October and the units there don’t have air conditioning down stairs, small units are in the 2 bedrooms. His place was sooo nice! They all have different owners so it is important to know who you are renting from. Unfortunately we were there for 4 days before moving to another spot!

Bedrooms were kind of small and not really a place for 2 large suitcases. Just fyi. But the bedrooms were nice and clean and comfortable. The place was very clean and everything else was as described. Location was great to all places in the area. Banff and downtown Canmore. Host was quick to respond and check in was a breeze
