Grand Caribbean East 110 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

We are a family owned business specializing in vacation rentals, real estate sales and management in Destin and South Walton, Florida. Our caring team is made up of locals who enjoy helping guests plan the perfect beach vacation for any size group or occasion.

Known for its adorable beach cottages in a rainbow of pastels, this portion of Destin is probably the most sought-after location in Okaloosa County. Crystal Beach is also home to the Destin Commons, an outdoor shopping center with restaurants, boutique shops, a movie theater, bowling alley, and Bass Pro Shops. There are also annual events happening there like the Smoke on the Coast BBQ Festival and Holiday Happenings.
