New Construction one bedroom one bath all solar house located within a 40 minute walk to Playa Colorados. House has AC in the bedroom, hot water in the bath and kitchen and water supply is from a private well. Eco Sensitive septic system in place.
Drinking water needs to be supplied by tenant. Kitchen has fridge and propane stove. Playa Colorados is one of the two best waves in Nicaragua. House is driving distance to Popoyo.
