Every location and room in the house offers sweeping ocean and valley views from Costa Rica to Popoyo. Choose to relax in either the huge outdoor living area or the indoor living room for the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor living. The infinity pool features a waterfall, swim up bar, star gazing deck and plenty of places to sit and lay down while in the pool. Sleeps 6 comfortably with 3 private bedrooms

The house is centrally located to all of the beaches, clubhouses and restaurants within Rancho Santana and is just a short walk down the hill to the Rosada clubhouse and beach.

There is so much to do in rancho santana and the house is perfectly located right in the center of it all. Surfing, mountain biking, tennis, pickle ball, hiking, bird watching, sunsetting...the list just goes on.
