Wonderful accomodations! Perfect for watching the dolphins on the river. Atmosphere was fairly quiet, but very friendly. We've been coming to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for 14 years and have rented many different condos and homes. This one felt the most welcoming.

Love Orange Beach?
Regarding our stay at Ole River Condominiums. We were there for two months but had to leave 10 days early because of Covid-19, just as the weather was getting beautiful! February was very cold, cloudy and rainy, but there was plenty to explore and the condo location to restaurants and beaches was perfect. The condo itself was nicely painted , but could use some updating. Mattresses were not comfortable especially the queen in the master. Bathrooms were extremely small. Carpeting needs to be replaced and living room furniture could be updated. Okay place for the price, but we will head further south next year for sunshine and warmer weather!
Yes there is an elevator for the building but it was two blocks from our condo and where we had to park the car. The 17 stairs up to the condo was not easy for a person with a cane and bad back!
