We enjoyed our stay. My favorite part of the house was the porch. It rained a lot while we were there and it was covered and a great place to have a coffee and listen to the rain. Very private. Beds very comfortable.
This house is absolutely perfect. It's close to town, restaurants, Biltmore, everything you'd want to do in Asheville. It's very well appointed and exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was easy to find with no dirt roads, and we love the neighborhood turkeys!
It was a nice, clean property and convenient to everything we wanted to do. It was more spacious than we had expected. I would definitely recommend this property and property manager.
Host was very communicative, house was clean, in a good location, and dog friendly. Kitchen was well stocked with quality kitchen appliances, cutlery, and dishware. Bathrooms were well stocked, lots of televisions. Would stay there again.
Beautiful & comfortable home. Exactly as presented on website. Very clean & nicely furnished. Convenient location. There are a lot of stairs to get into the home…so just a heads up with carrying your luggage & supplies into the house, but manageable. We had a small issue…& it was immediately handled!! Best customer service ever!!
While the road to get to the house is a bit twisted and not well lit at night, the house itself is lovely. Very clean and lots of room. Six plus people could very comfortably stay here and not feel like they were on top of one another. The front deck is very nice for sitting outside with your morning cup of coffee. The kitchen has pretty much all you need to store or prepare whatever food you bring. And a nice sized dining table for family meals. The bedrooms are very nice as well. We only slept in the master bedroom and the mattress was firm but very comfortable. And everything you may want to get to is only a short drive, even though you feel like you’re away from it all. Take note that the small path through the front yard has a lot of poison ivy so best to keep kids and pets away from that area. We would highly recommend this home. And the host was great to work with.
First the communication was excellent. Answered all my questions and was quick to respond. The house was cute and tucked up on the mountain. We brought our dog and it was easy. They even provided a gate in front of the stairs. We had a such as great time and would definitely stay here again.
Considering all the damage we saw on the way to our stay, the rental was seemingly unbothered by the storms. We only had to deal with excessive leaves, which is the norm. The place was clean & ready for us. It was great for our family gathering with our son, who lives in Arden (only 2 miles away!). We will check out the availability of this house again if our son doesn't move back closer to home before our next visit. Great stay! Thanks Jon!
Nice clean, comfortable house. We had a great time during our stay. We were 3 couples 65 plus. The house served us well. The only thing I can warn about is there are large flights of steps whether you enter through the garage or up to the Front porch. Since I booked we took the twin beds and used the 3rd bathroom in the basement. so we had to go up and down the steps to access the bath.
This property was perfect for our stay. 3 bedrooms on the main and sleeper sofa downstairs. 3 full baths was great. Property was clean. Kitchen fully stocked. Property is fully wooded so you dont see any of the neighbors. We sat out on the back porch & enjoyed the view while we drank our morning coffee and planned our day. Great location- 15 to 20 min downtown. Full set of stairs to get into the house, but we knew that ahead of time and wasnt a problem at all. Host Jon was very engaged and answered all my questions very timely. We enjoyed staying here. Thanks Jon !
The house was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, well appointed kitchen, dining and living upstairs. Downstairs was a large red room with sectional sofa, laundry and full bath.
If you can’t do stairs, this is not the property for you as most things are UP. Very hilly and scenic drive through neighborhood. The other homes are close but not visible as tree coverage is thick. Maintenance was friendly & quick to respond to minor issue. Communication with host through app was efficient. House sleeps 7 and that was the size of our bachelorette party. Additional sleeping space on sofa and sectional.

Had Potential.. But, falls short of Expectations
Stayed over the Holiday Break with our family of 4 and dog. Check in was a little confusing-done through a 3rd party application called "whetherby" or something like that... Never seen or heard of it before. Here are the 'good things:' -Inside and driveway were as pictured on posting. -Clean and spacious. -A couple nice local pieces of art in the living room upstairs.-Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything needed for cooking in. -Lots of extra bedding supplies.-Great neighborhoodThe 'not so good things:' -Simple window blinds and no curtains/window treatments throughout the home. -Other than living room pieces, no wall art/decor throughout.-Back and side yard needs to be cleared out and updated with removal leaves/debris/etc to be usable. -Host was responsive via phone to get into the home upon arrival and to Hot Water Heater not working as he came out quickly to remedy the gas light. The 'BAD things:'- Beds are SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. To say they are firm is understatement. They are some form of a memory foam mattress... however they are way too cheap, firm and uncomfortable.-The water heater was not working when we arrived so cold showers the first night and when it did work only 2 people could shower and then we would have to wait for tank water to re-heat. Communicated this to host and never heard back. We actually left a day early so we could get back home to comfy beds and hot showers :( Wish we didn't have to write this since we love Asheville.
