Born in Chicago, lived in Charlotte as a child, but during formative years my father worked for Saudi Aramco oil in Saudi Arabia. We lived there for 7 years and I was fortunate to see the world during that time. We then moved to San Francisco where I earned my undergrad and graduate degrees. 25 years later, I landed in Scottsdale/Phoenix area in 2010 and love it! I play pickleball for fun, enjoy time with my teen kids, family, friends, and rescue poodle mix Pickles. Hosting is enjoyable for me as I know what it is like to travel and discover a fun area where I enjoy the rental property as well. I still love traveling and head to Mexico often given it is nearby.
Why they chose this property
17 minutes from the annual Scottsdale TPC PGA Tour; 20 minutes from Sky Harbor airport. Nested in a beautiful neighborhood by a mountain with public hiking, our charming guest house is the perfect place for people visiting the area either for business or pleasure.
It is centrally located with easy access the 51 and 101 freeways.

What makes this property unique
Given I have so many cacti on property, my designer friend helped me determine a fun theme! I find most people pleasantly surprised by the design and decor.
