About the home
The ground level of this townhome has a private double car garage, with a boot dryer, a spacious foyer entrance with in-suite laundry, and a large closet. A quaint living/media area with a wet bar has access to a private hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace sitting area. Please note that the wood-burning fireplace in the living room area is currently deactivated and must not be used.

The next floor up is a semi-open concept living area and features a professional wrap-around kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine, and island seating.
