Had a great time with our kids and grandson at Folly Beach! Super great location. There were a couple of simple issues and when I texted the management company they sent someone to help right away!! Very impressive! The back screened in porch could use a little love as we didn’t really sit out there as the screens were in need of repair so it wasn’t vey bug free. All in all a great, clean house and we enjoyed it very much!

The location of the house was great, close to the beach and an easy walk into town. The front deck does need a little tlc. Some of the boards are starting to pop up.

Beach view and access was right across the street. Great deck with comfy seating. Inside was clean and almost like new. Beds were great and comfortable. Had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when at Folly Beach. The management team was very responsive.

perfect spot -beach walk to center -house was immaculate pretty colors comfortable beds appliances all great - we enjoyed so much - many times we stayed at Folly this house so convenient - would like to have a folder with instructions but we made out great ! thanks - Al and I 89 and 90 - daughters in 60's comfortable for all Thanks !

This property was really great. Here are some things to note:1) the porch is literally 100 steps to the sand. You can see the water from the porch and it is so close. 2) the inside is clean with a simple and easy floor plan. 3) it is very well-stocked for a rental. We didn’t need to buy extra items for the week. This was super nice as sometimes the starter stuff is barely anything. I was very impressed. 4) they have quite a few spices in the kitchen. 5) washer and dryer are wonderful. 6) close to center street. It is an easy walk. We rented a golf cart for the fun of it, and did find it helpful to check out the island. 7) quiet, which we loved. 8) beds are nice. Linens are great. Furniture is comfortable. 9) the swing in the back yard was a cute additional. Kids enjoyed it. Advice- the kids’ room with the bunk has no ceiling fan and gets warm at night. I would suggest bringing your own mini fan to circulate air. The other bedrooms have fans. The hose on the front porch is a must. We would have had sand everywhere otherwise. The comforters are very, very thick and warm. Probably great for winter months, but too hot in summer and fall. We, luckily, had brought blankets we used. Just FYI for hot sleepers. We loved this place and found it hard to leave. We would definitely stay here again. Communication was excellent.

Great location and updated

This is an ideal location! Beach is 1 block away and the Main Street with aml the shops and restaurants is a very short walk away. The unit has been updated recently and is very nice.
