With just 200 steps from the beach, 100 feet from legendary Bert's 24-hour grocery/convenience store, and only one block from the hub of all the island’s restaurants and shopping, having a perfect vacation at Folly Beach is as easy as '1-2-3”. When you arrive at 123 East Ashley Ave, you can leave your car parked (up to 6 spaces) and enjoy a true beach getaway. We are also a short 2-minute walk to Folly Beach Fishing Pier, and if boating is your thing, the Public Boat Landing is only 1/2 mile away. Escape to “123” and make your vacation dreams come true. (Pack N Play is provided for our little guests :)

Great spot for our group! We were a large group of old friends coming together for a wedding on James Island, and this was the perfect home base. The beds were very comfortable and even with our large group we did not feel crowded. The location was also perfect for going into James Island and Charleston, as well as being right by the beach and Burts 24hr market/deli. We could not have had a better stay, thank you Sheryl and 123 E Ashley!!

This is our third time at this property. Excellent location, great value and perfect size for our extended family. Communication is never an issue, house has plenty of amenities and is overall very comfortable. Very happy we’ve been able to make this our annual spot for Folly Beach!

Great beach getaway!

We had an amazing time staying at Folly Beach at this wonderful beach home. It was perfect for our girls trip. A short walk to the beach, steps from the bars and restaurants, comfortable beds, and a beautiful front porch perfect for relaxing and enjoying all the people outside. It really was the perfect location and met all of our needs!!! Highly recommend staying here!

An Incredible Family Reunion

My cousins and their partners all enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed the convenience of the location and Bert's General Store across the street for all our needs! After many family vacations to the SC and NC beaches, our family (6 of us) pooled our monies and purchased this sweet beach cottage on Folly Beach. We worked hard to turn this rental into our "Easy as 123" getaway; which means that once we arrive, we have everything we need! We live in Columbia but manage our rental remotely so that we can offer our guests personalized service.

Why they chose this property

123 East Ashley is a wonderful location in that once you park you won't have to drive again. Local 24-hour grocery/convenience store (Bert's) is right across the street. Beach access is 200 steps away and local shopping, bars, and restaurants are only 1 block down the street.

What makes this property unique

Our home offers an open floor plan that makes your stay very comfortable with your friends and family. The entire home features hardwood floors and large eating areas for the entire group to sit down and eat at the same time. Updated with granite, fixtures, and more. The best part is the large front porch where you can enjoy people-watching and even hear the sounds of live music on the weekends.
