Very solid overall. Place was nice, communication was great, only thing is the area is a run down and a decent amount of homeless on the street down the block from the building but other than that it was good value
Overall we had a positive experience with the house. It was a little cumbersome trying to find information on the house's amenities- that there were air mattresses and not a fold out couch, there was not a dishwasher despite instruction to use only the approved dishwasher pods, instructions to start a load of towels when we leave but not what to do with the bedding, etc. Maybe printed guide somewhere? The Kuerig adapter also didn't work- not your fault, I've messed with those before and they're always dodgy. Neighbor unit kept parking in our assigned spot- also not your fault, but maybe a reminder during checkin? There's also a bush growing over your front sidewalk that makes it more difficult to see the turn in, so I'd recommend trimming it back. All petty little things, but overall a very nice rental for the location and price.
Reasonable for the price (the bed was soooo comfy)
It’s an older home that has been remodeled so there are some old home things like chips in the paint. The location is great with some really cool spots within walking distance. Parking isn’t an issue either with a large back yard that doubles as parking (plenty of space for pups to walk around.) For the price you can’t beat it. Would recommend….. did I mention how comfy the bed was?
We checked in during a horrible rain storm so that was chaotic in it self. We arrived and there was water all over the bathroom floor from a ceiling leak. I messaged the property manager promptly. Was told someone would be out to look at it that evening. Long story short no one came out at all. The rain stopped so the ceiling no longer leaked. Just disappointing that no one came out or checked the property at all. Especially for the amount of money we paid to stay for the weekend.
