The space is Immaculately clean and includes all you need for your stay.

👫💵Reservations for 8+ guests may be subject to an additional per-day guest fee.
We ask that no person stay over night who is not on the original reservation.

Other things to note:
🍗BBQ to be cleaned by guests to their own satisfaction before use and properly cleaned after the use. Please bring your own BBQ tools for cleaning and use.Propane for BBQ will be provided.
🪵Firewood for outdoor fire pit is not provided. Firewood can be purchased at the nearest gas stations.

🛋️Please don’t take any furniture, bedding, pillows or towels that are inside the house outdoor.
🧴We provide minimum supplies, additional supplies can be purchased at the nearest stores as per the guest satisfaction/ choice.
❄️Our home is located in the Snowbelt area, meaning we often experience heavy snowfall during winter. Guests are encouraged to have appropriate transportation and winter attire. While we do our best to clear the snow, we typically remove it when it exceeds 10 centimeters and once the snowfall stops. 📆Important: Arrival & Departure Times
Please note that early check-in and late check-out are not available. Our cleaning schedule is carefully arranged between reservations, and we are unable to make exceptions.
If you need guaranteed early access or a later departure, the only way to secure this is by reserving the additional night before or after your stay.
