Gorgeous Lake House - Steps from Lake Osoyoos

Welcome to the warmest place in Canada!

Walk across the street, and the beach is your playground. Steps away from Legion Beach and Lake Osoyoos - literally. Walking distance to Haynes Point, Veterans Park and restaurants. A short drive to many remarkable wineries.

The house has tons of parking - even big enough for a boat. Park your water toys/trailer and launch your boat at the public slip half a block away.

Boasting over 1600 sq ft, the house has been updated with brand new furnishings throughout.

The suite is large, clean and airy. Lots of natural light and great views of the mountain and lake. Equipped with AC and a gas fireplace to ensure you are comfortable at all times.

From the moment you walk in, you are met with a spacious foyer with plenty of storage for your luggage, bikes and treats you accumulate over your stay. As you make your way upstairs, you will notice a spacious living and dining room - furnished with wood furniture made by a local woodworker.

In the family room, is a large 75" 4k Smart TV and a comfortable sectional that could transition into a sofa bed.

Bedrooms all have a large dresser and closet for your belongings.

On the patio, we have a high end aluminum conversation set for you to curl up to the sunset with a glass of wine. A large gas BBQ is available for your use too.

The location was perfect, the house ultra clean and exactly as posted pictures! One tip: the front door sometimes is a little hard to open, just give it a good push and you’ll be all right!

Fun In The SUN!!

We had a great holiday in Osoyoos and this main floor rental property made it even more enjoyable!! Lots of room for two couples, awesome deck and furniture to relax on outdoors.. we loved the location also!!

The Lake House is so lovely; bright, clean, nicely decorated, cozy and with all the amenities you could want. Lawrence was super communicative and helpful. This has to be one of the best homes in Osoyoos.

Great stay in Osooyos

Great place, lovely stay. Please note the house is split between the rental on the second floor and tenants on the first floor (the areas are completely independent). Only comments would be, better beds and better noise proofing between areas. Apart from that great location and very clean and had everything you could need.

Winter Vacation

Loved the proximity to Haynes Pt. for my daily walks and to the downtown area. The fireplace was my favourite feature in the rental as well as the living room & TV areas. Very spacious rental. The owner was very prompt in replying to questions or requests. Would stay there again.

Awesome

Beautiful property, excellent location near the beach, water and all amenities are close by. The owners supplied us with plenty of information, also a lot more at the house. The weather stayed warm and dry, and the wine tour was a very good way of seeing the countryside around Osoyoos, plus excellent wines.

Lots of room - great stay!

Our stay at Oleander was wonderful. The house is large, with a breakfast nook and dining room, smaller TV/Rec room and a larger living room. There is lots of room for families. The rooms are bright and the view of the lake was gorgeous. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. There is a large covered deck with a barbeque as well. Lawrence was quick to respond to questions, and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend staying at Oleander.

Beautiful home near lake

Clean, well equipped home. Nicely decorated. Spacious. Beautiful views of hills. Partial view of lake. 20 minute walk to downtown shops, restaurants and groceries. Minor repair needed to shower head. Notified host who will fix it. No cable TV. Come prepared with streaming account and password.

Close to everything

We all enjoyed our stay in this roomy, modern, cool place. The neighbors were lovely, and the hosts friendly and helpful. The covered deck was perfect for sitting outside, even in the heat. It was super having two full bathrooms for all five of us, and two living areas. A very roomy home. It was close to downtown, the beach, Haynes point and the golf course. The only thing lacking was kitchen equipment. We do a lot of cooking, and it wasn’t well stocked for more than the basics—could have used some measuring cups, whisks, oven mitts, that sort of thing. Lots of corkscrews though!!

Recently renovated, well appointed home close to all attractions in the area. Kitchen is well stocked with modern applicances and equipment. Large smart tv for streaming from your personal device (no cable service). Overall, a pleasant stay in a lovely part of B.C.
