This is for the guest apartment only located adjacent to the main house. The property sits on 3 acres off of a gravel road. There is a 750 sq ft gym. Lake Allatoona is about 1 to 2 min away. Red Top Mountain is about 5 minutes away. The Lakepoint sports complex is located about 15 min away. This property is strictly for lodging purposes only. No partying, large gatherings or heavy traffic allowed. These rules will be strictly enforced by guest being removed from the property. No exceptions.

Perfect for our overnight stay when traveling with our fur baby. Yard was great for him to run & play. Room was ok. Everything we needed was there, always appreciate a hot shower and being able to cook dinner & relax a bit.

Great Guest House

A very nice guest house, very clean and had everything we needed. So hard to find a nice pet friendly accommodation, really happy we found this spot for the night on our road trip.

Quiet Stay

As a senior adult woman this was exactly what I needed. In a neighborhood but on my own. I felt safe but if help was needed I felt it was there. Everything as described. Enjoyed a meal on the porch with a breeze and nature. Would stay again.

Great spot

We stayed here with our 3 dogs and it was perfect. The dogs had plenty of room to run and the apartment was comfortable for all. Thanks to Mr. Kenny for our stay. There is an awesome gym underneath the apartment to work out. Very nice neighbors as well.

LakePoint Baseball tournament

My son and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. We were in town for several days for a baseball tournament at LakePoint and this place was only 15 minutes away. The property had everything we needed and it was very quiet. We would definitely book this place again.

Peaceful serene property

Two of my dogs and I were in town for the Allatoona Dryland Mushing Race. This property was the perfect location. It is only a short drive to the Allatoona Creek Park and to the lake. This home is very modern and beautifully decorated! I would definitely stay here again.
