The apartment is located in a quiet building well maintained and close to the large Coco Beach. The kitchen was fully equipped and very clean. Having a separate bedroom was nice and the small balcony is great for breakfast. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and shaded seating area. The host provided helpful, reliable information and responded to any inquiries promptly. Would certainly stay here again.

Unfortunately, I had to vacate the property very early due to personal reasons. I did not get an opportunity to experience the building. The unit itself was more than accommodating. I would certainly consider staying there in the future and it is one of my favorite areas as it is the northern end of fifth Avenue.
