You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo. Plus access to the common areas, the roof pool and lounge and gym on site. Wi-Fi and self-check-in via Smartlock code which will be provided before your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The condo is located in the BAHAY Condominium complex in a super cool area of Playa del Carmen, at the northern end of La Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue). Your experience offers:

Getting Around:
There’s a parking space on the premises for you and when driving into town, you can park on the street and pay at the parking meters. Luckily, however, the complex is so centrally-located you won’t really need a car. You can easily rent a bike or take a taxi or ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go. The condo is about 55 km or 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in the Bahay Condo building on CTM (46th Street) just east of 5th Ave.

ELECTRICITY. There's a daily allowance of 20kWh/day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 MXN per kilowatt. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Please help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not on the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.
We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.
Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $50; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($100 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $50 will be charged.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES (Failure to comply with any of the below house rules may result in a $300 penalty.)
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the keypad to enter the gate and the lockbox code for the key. The codes will be provided to you within a day of your arrival.
