North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms offer flexible sleeping options for up to 10 guests, each featuring ultra-comfortable beds and blackout shades for restful nights. Three full bathrooms ensure everyone has space and privacy, making morning routines and evening wind-downs easy for larger groups.

Kitchen & dining
The chef’s kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Frigidaire electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics you need to prepare meals at home. Enjoy coffee from the drip coffee maker, and gather around the dining table for shared meals. Essentials like a microwave, toaster, baking sheet, and dishes are provided, along with coffee to start your mornings.

Living & entertainment
Relax in the living area with Smart TVs offering Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected or get work done. For families, a pack ’n play and high chair are available upon request, and babysitter recommendations can be provided.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a large, fully fenced backyard designed for both relaxation and fun. Gather around the fire pit, dine al fresco at the outdoor table, or play a game of cornhole. The private patio and gas BBQ grill make it easy to enjoy New Orleans’ mild evenings. Free off-street parking for up to three cars is included, with additional free street parking available.

The home is just 0.7 miles from the Superdome and minutes from the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and local favorites like Trader Joe’s and the Lafitte Greenway.
