A beautiful property to spend a weekend with friends. The house has everything we needed to enjoy a lazy weekend of swimming, eating, hot-tubbing and generally relaxing. Although we were only 10 minutes drive from the convenience of Terrigal, the location in Matcham felt like a country oasis. We had a wonderful weekend and would highly recommended this property to groups of 10 - 14 people.

Lovely stay

Beautiful property, very well maintained, it was clear to see the owners/managers took pride in the property. There was plenty of towels, pool towels, body wash, plenty of supplies in the kitchen. A lovely stay, we even got to go in the pool! We especially loved the fireplace in the evening.

Amazing property, even better than the pics. Plenty of kitchen platters, cleaning supplies etc we had a big group and the entertaining/ meals areas are beautiful and comfy seating. Fabulous weekend !!

This property is awesome. Luxury from start to finish and so many options for activities during a weekend away. Pool and spa were particularly big hits with our group. The property is exactly as listed and communication and check in were easy.

Absolutely stunning property!

Our group had the most amazing weekend staying at this property. Could not fault one thing. Everything was really beautiful and luxurious. The rooms are very spacious, linen is so soft and the towel are divine. Spotlessly clean. Thank you so much - our weekend was perfect.

Family reunion

We had a great time. The house was very well stocked. Ample room for four families. Plenty of space for children to play outside. We would highly recommend this as an extended family getaway.

Fabulous family weekend

Had an amazing time at this beautiful home in Matchum. Large spaces, large eating areas, loads to do, swim, spa, table tennis, trampoline. A very well appointed home and dealing with the owner was a wonderful experience and nothing was too much trouble . Will definitely be back for another family weekend. Thank you

Luxury Family Home

The Gables home was amazing, luxurious, cosy & stuningly furnished. The grandkids were so occupied inside but mostly outside....so the parents were happy & chilled out. Wished we had another 2 days. All 15 of us thoroughly enjoyed our time away.

Annual Family Getaway

Our extended family of 12 adults loved our stay at The Gables. The property was perfect for us all to spend time together with separate spaces if we wanted. The bedrooms were all beautifully presented and we all woke the first morning amazed at the bedding and how comfortably we all slept. The pool area was a highlight. There was enough seating for us to all be together to sit and catch up. We had a bit of poor weather and some of us discovered the games which were a lot of fun. We usually try different locations each year, but The Gables was so perfect that we will return again.

Very nice lay out of house. Maybe another fridge for such a large house would be good. A few minor issues but Maddie and Danielle from Niche were excellent hosts and acted on them straight away.

Girls Weekend Away DREAM accomodation

10 of my beautiful girlfriends and I go away every year to the Central coast, due to late date change due to Mum duties, we had to cancel our regular 9 year + accommodation. I was so nervous to book a change of location, and although the photos and the description of this house was amazing, and dealing with the staff at Niche Rela Estate, inparticular Danielle was AMAZING, so helpful! The level of communication was perfect. I was still anxious......... UNTIL I arrived. Wow. Wow. Wow. Driving into the driveway is such a wonderful experience, so pretty. Then you arrive at the house, and it is so immaculately presented, the gardens and exterior are beautiful. I was greeted at the house by lovely Maddy from Niche who showed me around the house and all she heard was WOW! The photos do not do the interior justice, the house is stunning. So clean, so beautifully styled and presented. We easily fitted 11 ladies into the house plus the studio, which was a welcome surprise, I knew it was there but didnt expect it to be so well set up. The exterior is beautiful, the pool was used the whole weekend, as was the spa and outdoor dining table and lounge area. We loved the house and will be back. The afterhours care is 5 stars, including when we left and a hair straightener was left, it was promptly located and posted back to its owner, great service, and greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a 5 star stay in a 5-star house.
