We know how important it is for family time and creating memories. We also know how time poor our lives are. We want you to have the most memorial relaxed holiday. We will try to cater for all family members needs. We understand the importance of privacy, quality and honesty and welcome like minded guest to come and enjoy our family home.

Sleeps 10 persons. 4 Bedroom Modern Beach House in the heart of Brunswick Heads. Property is Located across the road from the picturesque Brunswick River and a short stroll to our stunning local Surf Beaches.

Our house is Child Proof with removable safety gates throughout.
Travel Cot, High Chair, Flat screen TV with access to board games, toys, Netflix etc.

LIVING AREA & KITCHEN
Chef's kitchen extends out to a patio area to enjoy outdoor BBQs whilst looking over the back deck onto the swimming pool and children’s play area. The house has central aircon and heating as well as a fire place.

The kitchen has a Dishwasher, Coffee maker with local coffee beans provided. Soda stream, Smoothie maker, Fridge that comes with filtered water and an Ice Maker. All tea and coffee is provided and please feel free to use any of the condiments in the butlers pantry.

Enjoy the sunsets on the verandah over looking the Brunswick Nature reserve. Undercover dinning with a stainless steel BBQ and Pizza oven.

BATHROOMS x 2
The bathrooms are all beautifully tiled with silver travertine and have massive shower heads. The main bathroom has a large plunge bath.

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1.
The main bedroom has a king bed + day bed that can be converted to a single bed for a child. TV, fans, reading lights and walk in robe with ensuite. The daybed windows open up to a deck where there is a private space and waterfall that tickles into the pool.

All rooms have excellent natural lighting as well as blackout blinds. Windows are double glazed. All rooms have fans, central air-condition as well as light dimmers and reading lights.

Pool area:
The kids or adults will enjoy the endless fun of sliding into the pool or playing a game of Pool with our new billiard table or jumping on the Trampoline.
Comfortable daybeds to relax and read. Surrounded by beautiful native and tropical plants. Relax and enjoy while the kids are entertaining themselves.

For those that are more adventurous we have 2 x SUP, Stand-p paddle boards, Fishing rods, and Pushbikes to go explore. Lots of back yard Games and Trampoline for the youngsters. Beach Buggy with wheels. All your beach needs such as Umbrella, Towels, Rug, and Chairs.

House Manual contains; Restaurants, Leaflets, Maps and "Things to do in our area”.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this property highly enough. The place itself is absolutely stunning and thoughtfully set up with everything you could possibly need, especially for families. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time away.Melinda was an exceptional host who truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Summer beach holiday

Perfect beach house for classic beach holiday. We could walk everywhere, had everything to be comfortable and spent many hours playing in the pool and playing cards in the lovely relaxed house. Enjoyed the bbq on the deck, the well-equipped kitchen and using the stand up paddle boards in the river. Ideal.

Christmas get together

This was one of the best houses I have rented for a holiday so far. Had absolutely everything we needed - from the barista coffee machine, to the gorgeous decor, pool, bbq, kitchen, and access to the river, beach and town all within 5 minutes. Lovely local restaurants and friendly folks. Melinda was a delights and so accommodating for all of our check-ins etc. Could not recommend this property more highly.

Outstanding Stay with Exceptional Hosts

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Mel and Ryan's remarkable property, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. This modern, stylish, and well-equipped home exceeded our expectations—the photos simply don’t do it justice. Mel and Ryan are fabulous hosts who ensured a seamless check-in process. Mel personally guided us through the property, explaining its many features and how to operate the provided equipment. Their attention to detail was impeccable. They thought of everything, from an extra gas cylinder for the SodaStream and a fresh 500g bag of Byron coffee to luxurious toiletries and ample supplies of toilet paper and tissues. The outdoor area was stunning, featuring a well-appointed BBQ and pizza area with ample seating. The main bedroom, with its large folding doors opening to a day bed inside and out, provided a perfect spot to watch the kids in the spacious backyard. The pool area, equipped with additional beach towels, and lounges, was a great place to relax and have fun for all ages. The property is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk to the town center, where local businesses offer delightful surprises, and a 15-minute walk to breathtaking beaches. Mel and Ryan also provided fishing rods, bikes, and paddle boards, which were fantastic for keeping both children and adults entertained. Everything offered was in excellent or near-new condition. As a chef, I particularly appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. Thank you both.

Brunswick Heads is a central location to see and explore the Fare North Coast of Australia. Our property is walking distance to the beach and shops. North and South of us is all the South Pacific ocean with some of the best surfing beaches in Australia.
West of us is only a 30 minute drive to the Byron Bay Hinterland where you can experience bush walks, National Parks and our wildlife and have a dip in waterfalls. It's truly a magical place for all.

30 mins drive from Ballina Airport.
15 min drive to Mullumbimby and Byron Bay.
