About this property

This waterfront open plan home is perched on a cliff top in Sunshine Bay and boasts spectacular panoramic ocean views to the toll gates and beyond. Relax on the upper and lower decks and watch the sunrise, dolphins playing in the cove below or enjoy the visits from local Kookaburras, Black Cockatoos and Blue Fairy Wrens. Take the ‘secret’ track down the cliff to a private pebbly beach and enjoy a swim or explore the natural wonders of the rock shelf as you mosey along the cliff base to the beach at Sunshine Cove.

Three bedrooms have ocean views.

The upper floor provides the main open plan living area combining lounge, kitchen and dining leading to the upper deck with more than 180 degree views of the bay. The master has a queen bed, walk-in-robe ensuite (toilet & vanity) with stunning ocean views. The second upstairs bedroom has a triple bunkbed (a double and a single) with stunning ocean views. Main bathroom is on this level.

The lower floor has a master bed (double) opening to the spectacular lower deck with sweeping views of the bay and also has a kitchenette. The second lower bedroom has a single bed, single bunkbed, and a floor mattress. Second bathroom and laundry are on this level.

Please lower noise after 10pm to respect our neighbourhood. No party is allowed in this property. Be aware of active wildlife near bushes, walk paths

Fantastic place to stay with an amazing view. Perfect for a family get away. Communication with property owner was excellent!

Amazing location with spectacular views

The house is delightful with stunning views. Well appointed kitchen with all the necessary kitchen equipment and plenty of pantry staples (oil, salt, pepper, vinegar etc). The house was well stocked for toiletries as well so we didn't need to do any additional shopping for supplies. The secret walk to the cove below is a little slippery and steep but the cove is spectacular. We would gladly stay here again
