Direct Oceanfront Luxury Condo--Steps away from the beach!

Sanibel Unit 203 is a 2200 square foot oceanfront unit with direct beach access and is adjacent to a pristine traffic-free beach, which makes this one of the nicest and most desired condos in the Daytona Beach area. Our unit has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a bonus room that is great for the kids, heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, community room, and a pool table! Sanibel Condominium is located south of the Dunlawton Bridge in Daytona Beach Shores, which is a safe, quiet, and secure area away from the crowds but in close proximity to some of the best dining on the East Coast.

During your stay, you will find luxury amenities in the unit such as granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, flat-screen televisions in the living room and all bedrooms, large walk-in closets in all bedrooms, free wireless internet, a large in-unit laundry room with front load washer and dryer. Additionally, linens are included for your convenience in all bedrooms and bathrooms.

Balcony--Directly overlooks the beach, pool, and hot tub area. The balcony also has tables, patio chairs, and two wooden Adirondack chairs.

Kitchen--Fully equipped, granite countertops, breakfast bar, and separate dining room table

Living Area-- Two reclining leather sofas, 4K Ultra HD 55" Samsung Smart TV

Master Suite--King Bed with oceanfront view and balcony, flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, ensuite master bath with two sinks, granite countertops, large walk-in shower, and two-person Jacuzzi tub.

Bedroom#2--King Bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, private bath with granite countertops and bathtub-shower combination. The bedroom has an inter-coastal waterway view.

Bedroom#3--Queen Bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet with an inter-coastal waterway view.

Great Condo

My husband just returned from our 3 week stay in this beautiful condo. Family joined us for the last week of our stay and it was the perfect size for a family vacation by the beach! The owners were great to deal with and check-in process was seamless. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful Location

This property is all that is in the listing and more. It was beautiful, clean and well appointed. We will definitely book again. Mike and Tina were accommodating enough to let us get in a little early since we arrived in Daytona sooner than 4.

A Perfect Stay

Property had been newly carpeted & painted and was beautifully furnished. A huge plus on the pool area was that there was an extension on the pool deck beyond the building so that you could get sun on the deck the majority of the day. With most of the condos in Daytona Beach, the building is shading the pool area by right after lunch time. Unit was well furnished other than needing a few more pieces of silverware, which the owner said he would take care of, once I pointed out to him. We'd love to go back, but our dates are not available next year. Owners are also very responsive and easy to reach.

Awesome condo, a few small mentions...

The condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The view was amazing as well as the ease to get to the beach. I spent quite a bit of time on the beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean! Unfortunately the pool was still under construction. The owner told me this when he contacted me with the check-in information so it was not a surprise. The only thing that could have potentially messed up our vacation was the fact that the condo association only allows 2 vehicles per unit. This was not clearly communicated until we were on our way! We had 4(!) cars since there were 4 couples coming from different locations. I wish I had known this when I was reading the listing originally. Fortunately, since we went during a quiet week, there were extra parking spots available. I'm not sure what we would have done if it had been full!! It definitely could have put a big damper on our vacation. A couple of other smallish things...it seemed like many of the bathroom exhaust fans were not working and it would have been nice to have some drapes or shades for the living room. The sun coming in in the morning was awesome but it did heat the living room up. Also, a bonus...there were 2 coffee pots provided (even though the posting said just the Keurig). The bonus "traditional" coffee pot was handy since we had so many coffee drinkers. Overall it was a great place and we'd return again without reservation (but more aware of the potential parking issue.)

Amazing Property

First impressions walking into the condo was WOW! And every day just reinforced the feeling. Beautifully decorated but with an eye to making guests comfortable and every need met. And not to mention the perfect location right on the beach and close to stores and restaurants. Mike Ball was the perfect host, answering any question we had. I really hesitated posting this review because I would like to keep this gem available for my family.

Watch out!

After a year of COVID we were excited to be in warm weather and relax. The week we chose was great because spring break was over and there were very few guests., overall we had a nice time but I was hit with a 230 . 00 bill for a broken bed frame that I assure you I did not break . There was no drinking or wild parties and I am a 62 year old woman that stayed in the room so I was very surprised to hear there was damage,. I have no recourse on fighting these charges. I would not rent from them again.

We rented this property for two weeks. The place was beautiful and very clean. A lot of amenities, fully equipped kitchen. A lot of space. Four bedrooms with flat screen TVs in each room. Three bathrooms. Parking space in garage where you will find the luggage carts. And spaces available out front in parking area.

Great home away from home

Any time you rent a place, you never know what to expect until you get there. Some places good, some so-so. This Condo was above our expectations. Pictures were helpful, but the condo itself was beautiful, much better than the pictures. It was very comfortable, and a great place to spend Christmas with the family. Rooms, bathrooms, closets, balcony were spacious, Loved, Loved, Loved it here. And would definitely rent it again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo, the Lewis family
