The rental was well located near the old city, restaurants, and key attractions. It was clean, and the hosts responded promptly to questions and any concerns I had.
Our condo was everything and much more. The apartment was spotless and the location could not have been better! We had a small issue with one of the appliances and the landlady was there within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Definitely would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Old Quebec City!!
Celebrated our 50th birthdays in Quebec City. Stayed in this lovely little apartment just a block or so from the tourist areas. Was very convenient to walk to everything, and comfortable the evenings spent there. Owners were eaay to deal with, place was clean, attractive and well stocked. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This property was 5 star all the way. It had everything we needed for our short stay in Quebec City. It was very clean, comfortable and conveniently walkable for sightseeing, dining and shopping. Hosts were very responsive to .questions. We’d love to stay here again if we find ourselves in QC again.
A great suite that had everything we needed for a few days in the city. Parking was easy, and we walked everywhere downtown. 10 minute stroll to Chateau, and a great sushi and pizza restaurants right beside. My son loved visiting the Cat Cafe too, around the corner too. Communication with Maud/Jonathon was amazing and quick with any questions we had. Definitely recommend staying here.
The location can't be beat. Mere steps away from incredible restaurants in a less touristy section of town. The mattress on the bed was very comfortable - I can't stress how important this is, and the shower was nice too. The owners have responded to previous reviewers suggestions by the look of it, making the place perfect for what we needed. It felt significantly larger than we expected as well. Parking wasn't bad, there are a few affordable pay lots nearby (2 min walk). The owners were responsive to our needs as well. Thank you for a great place to stay!
We were there for a 4 night visit to the old city. The location was great; less than a 5 minute walk to the old city and very conveniently located. We really only slept at the property but it did have all the necessary amenities if you needed. The area was quiet at night and felt safe. Had no issues and would book it again.
Nice, clean, modern apartment close to old Quebec City with lots of shops, restaurants nearby. Hosts were quick to address an issue that arose. Great neighborhood undergoing significant renovation (construction noise started promptly at 7:00 am during the week but not weekends). Would be helpful to have paper towels, cutlery, soap, etc., things travelers are unlikely to pack.

Very nice apartment, great location. We had some issues getting to the apartment due to construction that had the street entrance closed, no space in front of the property or in the alley to unload luggage due to construction that the host did not inform us of.We had a few issues upon entering the apartment, but questions to the host were answered quickly, and resolved to our satisfaction.
Nice remodeled property. Only drawback is the neighborhood. A few homeless folks staggering about diving in the dumpsters outside the unit. Also walls are quite thin so you could hear the neighbors next door. The screaming toddler was hard to miss.A renter’s manual would have been a nice thing to have. It’s not obvious how everything works.
This was a small but very comfortable place. It is in a good location. The bed was comfortable. My only issue was that while the glass on and around the front door was frosted, it was not frosted all the way to the frame so that people could look in. I would have preferred that it be more private.
I would recommend this unit.
We had a fabulous time at this place. We arrived to Quebec City by train and only needed to walk about 5-8 minutes to the condo. There was a grocery store closeby so it was easy to get fresh food when we didn't feel like dining out. This area is not overly touristy which was perfect for us. There was a fantastic swimming area at the port which was a short walk away which my kids absolutely loved. Whenever I had a question, the hosts responded immediately and were very helpful. I would definitely come back her with my kids.
Great location with street level access. Missed having an outdoor area to enjoy a morning coffee. The tv sound was very low and not correctable. There were some missing supplies like paper towels. Cleanliness adequate but not pristine. Stilenjoyed more thaenjoyed than any hol
We had a few problems because the guests before us over stayed by four hours. It would be helpful to have some instructions as to where to find items in the suite and how to use the tv etc. There is a need for drapes to cover the front entrance as it is like daylight in there even with the lights out which makes it difficult for sleeping
The flat was exactly as described and was a cute and cozy space to stay while we enjoyed all that beautiful Québec has to offer. We appreciated the proximity to everything in Old Québec and the washer and dryer. The dryer doesn't blow hot air though so, drying our clothes took a long time. We would have appreciated a kettle for tea but, boiling water in a pot worked fine. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay while visiting Québec. The property owner was very receptive and friendly when I had to reach out for a very minor issue and he resolved it immediately. I couldn't be happier with the level of customer care. If you are looking for a place to stay that has everything you need to make your stay memorable, this is definitely the place to stay!
What a beautiful little apartment in a terrific location in QC. Checkin was smooth and the apartment was exactly as promised. We had some trouble with the front door one night (not the LL fault, it was mini 45, unheard of). Jon answered on our first call and arrived within 30 minutes and then spent 20 minutes in the frigid cold making repairs, cheerfully and without complaint. I know it’s his place but man it was COLD. I’d have been grumpy but he was super pleasant the whole time. The apt has a heat pump and baseboard heat so we were toasty despite the wicked weather. Only suggestions would be a spare blanket to snuggle up on the couch and a shovel so we could have cleaned up the entrance as the snow blew around. Absolutely would rent this place again.

L'hôte répondait très rapidement, j'ai choisi l'emplacement principale pour la proximité avec l'hôtel-Dieu de Québec.
While, this unit is small, it is very efficient and right up to date as well as spotless. It is well stocked with dishes, and has a dishwasher and washer and dryer.
We were 2 senior ladies, travelling together, so we used the pullout sofa bed as well as the bedroom. Both were extremely comfortable and the sofa bed was surprisingly easy to fold in and out.
The shower had a handheld faucet as well as a rain shower head.
Everything in lower town is walkable and we had lots of restaurants, galleries and shops nearby, yet the area was quiet for sleeping. The Esso on the corner stocks basic groceries, wine and beer.
Any problems we had, which were minor, the owner was easily contacted and resolved them quickly.
The only suggestion I could add was to add a blackout curtain over the glass front door and side panels for privacy and to block the bright front security lights that shine in during the night.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely unit.
