We had a wonderful vacation.in unit HIB-B101 The view from the balcony gives the feeling of being on a remote beach front. Very relaxed quiet location plenty of room, modern kitchen and baths. Pool, hot tubs and BBQ grills about 200' away.

The unit was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils, pots and pans, etc. I do use the kitchen alot, so this is important to me. The furniture was comfortable and newer, nicer than my recent rental. Nice TV's, but directions on how to use the different remotes would have been nice. Thankfully my nephew was able to figure them out. Oh, and the knives are VERY dull.

Very Disappointed- Book with Caution

We were very disappointed with our stay. The condo was minimally cleaned prior to arrival (there was trash left on the floor of the bathroom and the tile floors did not appear to be mopped). When we arrived the upholstered furniture was badly stained, so much so it was gross and the couch cushions were so worn you could not sit comfortably. The beds were also uncomfortable, they appear very worn and you could feel the springs. The outlets in the first bathroom did not work and kept tripping the breaker. In addition to this, the primary bedroom had a musty smell. I had tried to contact the host a month prior to the trip to cancel our final day and never heard back. We left the condo early and will not be returning. We have never been so unhappy with a booking after renting condos for years in St. Augustine.
