Exactly as advertised

We had an amazing stay! The condo is just perfect! The decor is adorable and looks just like the photos! Balcony is private with 4 chairs to use with table and cute lights for at night. Perfect oceanfront view that we loved to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The resort itself is clean, property and pools very well maintained. I will 100% recommend this and be back to stay again!

Perfect Beachcation

Perfect stay for our family of 4! Location is great for everything. The condo is exactly as stated with everything you need. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in. Host was very responsive and made sure we had all we needed. Highly recommend!

felt like home

this place was so cozy and clean and felt like home. Very inviting just like pictured lots of cozy details . The resort was great and helen a housekeeper there was so wonderful and helpful. the restaurant was good and overall one of the best stays we have had in myrtle beach and we visit a lot.Definitley would , will stay there again . We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The views were amazing. Staff was friendly courteous and always helpful. The entire unit was clean as well as the resort. We enjoyed all the many amenities and they kept our teen entertained. We look forward to staying here again.

Mother - Daughter Excursion

Condo is thoughtfully decorated, quaint and comfortable. Owners pride shows. Pros: Condo decor & interior is clean, kitchen well supplied, beds decent, water pressure is great. Nice view, Beach is clean, outdoor area is resort like, pools are nice, plenty of areas to relax. Cons: Parking garage is really tight/ limited. Balcony chairs/tables were not cleaned, wind whistles through the balcony door and bangs. When enjoying ocean sounds no screen to keep out bugs. No fault of the owners except we had no notice of construction in unit above us -there was very loud high pitch drilling that went on all day for days &1 day there was no water only found out because of a notice on the elevator.

Short stay on the beach

The property was every bit as advertised. Very clean and well stocked. Ocean view from the 12th floor was spectacular. Could have been closer to restaurants but short drive away and you had a wide choice of restaurants. Overall a great place to stay.

Wonderful Escape !

We enjoyed our stay very much. We hit a couple days of, not so great, weather but the condo was a fantastic hideaway for that. Cozy, convenient, comfortable beds, very clean, with an amazing view. Beach and sunrises were was perfect. Had a couple things to ask about and communication was prompt and extremely helpful. Thanks for the great vacation !

Fantastic stay at a fantastic condo !

We stayed for 3 nights on this, our first trip to Myrtle Beach. The condo is perfect. Clean. Beautifully decorated. Well stocked and is everything you could need along with amazing views and wonderful hosts!!! I'd stay here time and time again! If you're looking for a great place to stay, look no further. This condo is your place! The hosts are incredibly responsive, kind and very helpful anytime there is a question or you'd like a recommendation/suggestion. The location is perfect. Close to the airport, north of the boardwalk and not far from anything we wanted to go to. Cant go wrong with staying here!

Girl Trip!

My bestfriend and I go to Myrtle beach for a week every summer. We love staying in this condo. The accommodations were excellent. The property was just as nice and well maintained as in the photos. We enjoyed all the amenities! We were surrounded by fun things to do - restaurants, shopping, and touristy things. I have to say that the best part was the beach! Staying at the condo and enjoying the balcony was a major plus!

Precious condo!!

Our stay at Beach Colony unit 1203 was one of the best vacations we had. On the way down, we were informed our condo had no water or electric because of the hurricane. They jumped into action and found us another spot, but in about and hr we were told to go to our original rental! It was so great, decorated perfectly and so cozy. The view was spot on! We give it 5 stars without hesitation!!!

Best Vacation

The property had a lot to offer. We are simple people, but we enjoyed the pools. Especially the lazy river. The private access to the pools was a favorite. Access to the beach so easily made for easy coming and going all day. The restaurant was a great quick french fry spot. The arcade could use an update, but it was fun. The pools were cleaned daily Our room was VERY clean and we had everything we needed supplied. The beach directly in front of the property was beautiful. The beach remained cleaned, because they cleaned it every morning. The owners thought of everything!

Lovely unit, lovely area.

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The decor was cozy and very inviting. The beds were quite comfortable.The property was pleasantly quiet. We were on the 12th floor and still able to hear the waves crashing against the shore throughout the day and night, with the balcony door open. We had a perfect view of the beach/ocean from our balcony. It was a very short walk from the condo, thru the condo complex out thru the back patio/pool area to the private beach walkway. The beach is very well maintained and makes for a peaceful morning walk. The surrounding outside area is clean and quiet with a few other condo complexes but mostly beautiful private homes. Would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed it very much!

Peaceful Paradise

If you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway with fantastic amenities look no further than this condo! The condo has been tastefully updated with many new fixtures and features. It is spacious and clean with comfortable beds and couches. What sets it apart however is a breathtaking view of the Atlantic and Myrtle Beach from the balcony. With deck chairs and a table you can watch the waves crash in and can see for miles up and down the coast. We spent a good deal of time out there and enjoyed every minute. To top it off we fell asleep to the sound of the waves each night through the open patio door. Throw in the ease of parking and close proximity to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer and you have what we would describe as the dream beach vacation! Book your stay and rest assured you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful condo

Great condo! Clean, great location, decor was so cute! Only downfalls were shower head could be replaced with something nicer, and check in/receiving door code was a hassle. The person from iTrip claimed to have sent a text with the door code but I never received it. So it delayed us getting into our room by 2 hours. We were not able to get checked into the room until 6pm even though room was available at 4pm. No one would answer at the iTrip vacation office. We even drove to the office which said it was ope until 4:30 or 5pm and the doors were locked.

Simply Wonderful!

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach after doing some research we decided to book with Itrip, it was a wonderful experience! Upon booking we worked with Mandy, her communication was excellent and she was so friendly! There were multiple texts and emails to make sure we were confident leading up to our reservation and comfortable during our stay! Mandy went above and beyond at the end of our stay helping us out when our flight was cancelled! The condo we rented was clean, crisp and ocean front! It supplied us with everything we needed for a sunny relaxing vacation!

Smoking and false advertising

The accommodations are lovely and quiet comfortable!!! We booked the stay thru VRBO and on the sight it advertised free tickets to dinner, theaters and mini golf and more!!! We did NOT receive anything for free!!! The pool area has people smoking in the non smoking area as the smokers aren’t given a comfortable place in which to smoke!! So unhealthy for those of us that chose a healthier lifestyle!!! Folks are also smoking on the balconies forcing us indoors!! We won’t be returning!!! I gave 5 stars for the unit only as it was quite nice but we were not able to use the balcony or pools due to the smoking!!!

Lovely Place

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with my family! Our days in Myrtle Beach were a blessing and so much fun. We loved our stay there. Not only was the condo just perfectly and tastefully decorated and extremely functional, but the owners attention to details is amazing! The beds were super comfortable and the condo was spotless & clean when we arrived. We had everything that we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The kitchen is super well stocked and the grocery store was very close by. The location is great (just a few minutes from downtown and shopping area), and just a few steps from the beach. My favorite part was enjoying my coffee watching the waves on the beachfront balcony. I could actually have slept in the balcony every night we were there. It’s a perfect spot for a short or long stay. I can only imagine that beautiful fireplace during a winter night! Check in was very smooth and parking super easy. Karaoke night downstairs was super fun too. The boys loved the lazy river, the hot tube and going to the beach at night time to look for treasures. Highly recommend this condo. We will be back for sure.
