The Dome House was great

We had a great stay this year. The property manager made sure our house was spotless. It was very comfortable, up to date and convenient. The owners of this house keep the house very clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Private Getaway

This place was a 10/10. It was absolutely spotless. The communication with the property manager was immediately acknowledged when we had questions. The property is extremely private and the pool gets sunshine all day. And to top it off, the beds were comfortable.

Very beautiful, not much support from staff

I have actually stayed here before in a smaller room, this was the entire unit and it was very beautiful and spacious. They did have a crew show up one morning to resurface the pool which was a little disruptive. Otherwise, it continues to seem strange that check in is at 5pm and they close the office at 4pm. I would prefer that someone was in the office when we check in.

Sumner Lake House is a beautiful property. We do offer contactless checkin. We are always happy to provide early checkin if it is possible. Our units have lock box with code. Everyone is free to checkin and checkout at their best convenience. Our checkin and checkout time is standard. 3 stars isn’t a fair review. Also it was clearly mentioned in the description that the pool was under construction till the 1/25/2023. It is now ready and beautiful. We saw you enjoyed and celebrated a birthday party. We are sure that your stay and experience with us deserved a 5 stars as the entire property is brand new and we have been voted Best of South Lake 2020, 22 and 2023 (last night). Hope to see you soon again
