Accurately described. A few minor maintenance issues which were promptly addressed. Being on the main street, lots of traffic noise when you are on the balcony.

Week vacation

This condo was a great location. The private parking was great. It had a very easy check-in and check-out process. I will say the floors were filthy and the dishwasher did not work. The dryer was packed full of lint witch made the dryer not work efficiently, after removing all the blue lint the still dryer dyed clothes blue.

The Leuthart Trip

The stay was awesome & the condo was Great. We only had a few issues. One was, when we arrived, the floor wasn't real clean. It should have been mopped because if you walked on it, your feet would be black after a while. Other was, the electric had a short in the master bedroom & light over dining area. The breaker had tripped, but I found where breaker box was & flipped it back on a day later. I let Resort Rentals know. We loved the balcony also.

Nice condo in an excellent location

We stayed here two weeks and really enjoyed the location and proximity to all the area has to offer. The facility is in good shape and the staff is excellent. The condo itself was really nice and modern. There are few housekeeping items that need to be addressed. The master bathroom toilet leaks profusely and runs constantly. The kitchen sink faucet is broken and needs to be addressed. Cleanliness on the floors is pretty bad. We had to wear shoes or our socks and feet would be filthy. Under the beds is a good 3 inches of dust. Overall a nice spot and would consider going back again. A little attention to detail and this is a gem.

Room was a decent size for two people but could have been cleaner. The floors were extremely dirty. Requested a cleaning the second day there but not sure if it was done as floors were still dirty. Baseboards were very dirty. There was an empty beer can in the cupboard behind garbage container. There was a gel capsule/pill under queen bed in smaller room. Looked like the bed frames had never been cleaned which caused me great concern. Tub in the main bathroom did not look like it was cleaned very well. For instance, the bath mat was stuck to the bathtub floor. In my experience, if a bathtub has been properly cleaned the rubber mat is usually over the side of the tub. The faucets in both bathrooms had stains on them, as though they weren’t thoroughly wiped. The glass in the patio door was covered in streaks like it had been wiped with a dirty cloth. The patio door handle was loose and appeared like it was going to fall off at any time. The toilet in the master bedroom did not flush properly and water had to be added most times with a jug. Also, I was surprised to see a little coal BBQ. A regular sized propane one would have been much better.
