There is plenty of room to spread out and relax inside; across two living areas, the dining area or the kitchen servery. Make a splash in the pool. Round out the day with a BBQ, refreshing shower with fluffy white towels, then curl up in bed made with luxury cotton sheets.

The space
This modern beach house is located between the beach and the lake- you take your pick, or chill in your own pool- no sharing here! Perfect for families, let the kids wear themselves out in the pool while you enjoy the lush backyard and throw lunch on the BBQ! Close to plenty of shopping and dining options at The Entrance you will be spoilt for choice. There are lots of local activities to fill in your time, or chill around their pool on those hot summer days.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole house and garage, except for one locked room, one locked cupboard and a mezzanine in the garage.

Other things to note
Only allow children in to the pool area and the upstairs balcony under full adult supervision.
Please do not take glass or crockery in to the pool area. Plastic plates and drinking vessels are supplied for the pool area.
