Beautiful Penthouse Apartment with Mountain Views

A modern 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom penthouse apartment designed over 2 floors covering 113 sqm.

The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor of the providing a spacious area with en-suite bathroom and walk through wardrobe.

The 1st floor provides open plan living area of kitchen (equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery and cookware), dining and lounge, and balcony with beautiful expansive views over Kamala’s green mountain side.

The 2nd bedroom is also located on the 1st floor with adjoining bathroom which can also be accessed from the main living area.

The apartment is just over 10 minutes walk to Kamala Beach, and within 10 minutes walk to Kamala Town, shops, restaurants, and banks.

Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN - Normal check-in is from 2pm. Please note check-in can be no later than 6.30pm in the evening.

LATE CHECK-OUT - Check out is at 11am. If you require late check-out please contact us and we will try to accommodate you. Additional charges may apply.

CLEANING - Cleaning / Bed-linen change is included 1x per week for stays of 6 nights or longer.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - A cash security deposit of 3,000 Baht is required on check-in. Refunded on check-out minus any costs such as utilities.

ELECTRIC - Guest must pay for electric and water during their stay. Guest should be mindful of running air conditioning to avoid high electric costs. A utilities cash deposit maybe be required at time of check-in depending on length of stay.

Penthouse suite in Kamala

Location: at the south end of Kamala, convenient distance from Patong, Surin Beach and Bang Tao. Walking distance to Kamala Beach, Smart Bus stops and convenient shopping.This is a spacious two bedroom loft penthouse with a view of the mountains. The pictures and description on vrbo fairly represent the excellent condition of the unit. The building is quiet.Amenities: beautiful pool area with an outdoor shower and modern gym. There is a security station at the entrance. I understand there is parking as well but we did not need it.Management is responsive, professional and helpful when needed.Price is quite reasonable for the size and condition of the unit.I highly recommend the property for anyone looking for larger than average space.This

Great place in Kamala

We loved our stay. Really well kept and clean, a short walk to the main street in town or a cheap taxi ride if you don't want to make the walk back.
