Get away with Daughter's.

This was a great condo to stay at with my daughter's. We had a wonderful time. Cheri (the owner) is very responsive and accommodating. The condo was clean and the sunrises in the morning were gorgeous! We would definitely stay again in the future.

Fall break in myrtle beach

Property was in a nice, quiet area and had a great view of the ocean from balcony. The condo was decently clean, we had a few things we needed replaced due to stains but the owner got it replaced quickly and was very friendly. Would stay here again.:)

FANTASTIC VIEW!!

The property was as described and the view is amazing; the sunrises/breakfast from the balcony of the 14th floor were breathtaking. The customer service was impeccable and the attentiveness to the few issues was first rate!! We will definitely be returning.

Weekend Away

My family had a great time! The location was perfect! Beach and pool weren't too crowded, which was amazing! Property is a bit more run-down than I expected from the ratings, but I don't have any complaints about it. I expect rentals to be heavily "lived in/used." :-) Owner was wonderful to communicate with. I'd totally book again!!

I know these units get lived in pretty hard so I'm going to be doing more frequent deep cleans to ensure a stellar appearance for the guests. My check in with Evolve was great! Easy access to the room. Pin pad so no card key which was great! The room was clean and exactly what i was expecting. The only thing that could have made it better would have been the mattresses. They all need replaced. I moved from one bed to the next hoping one was better and they were not. Contact with the owner was easy and they were responsive. Overall my stay was good! Would stay in this room again.

Great Ocean View

The patio and ocean view were the favorite part of our stay. The boardwalk was a quick drive away and worth the visit. We were a little confused on who to contact when we needed to contact someone. Information inside the condo was outdated.

Beach Trip 2025

A little more run down than expected from the photos. Listed and showed a drip coffee maker so brought my keurig along and discovered there was a keurig and no drip coffee maker. I’m not sure why I thought there was laundry inside the unit but there was an onsite laundry mat that cost us 8 for a load of 8 towels. The view was outstanding from the 14th floor but the elevators are very slow. Also mostly used the parking ramp across the street as the one attached was very tight and often full. Overall it was a great trip and everything was pretty clean except a few corners behind doors were a bit dusty.

Condo is as described!! Beautiful view, clean, a home away from home. Kitchen came equipped with all your essentials. Checking in was a easy!! We had a wonderful stay. The condo was as described. Love the decor! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is stocked good with needed items. I would recommend this property to friends and family! Great location, property as described

Overall, this location fit exactly what I needed. I was traveling alone, and just needed a place central to the golf tournament that I was playing in. My biggest complaint was that I checked in at 1 in the morning (and the check-in was super easy- no complaints there), but the air conditioning unit had been turned off and the entire condo was super hot and humid. Everything was wet. It took a long time until the condo was comfortable enough to sleep in. That first night was pretty miserable. Other than that, everything was as described.

We are a family of 6. We overall enjoyed the place. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked except no scissors. The view was amazing and the walk right down to the beach was fabulous! Cons: Of the outdoor pools only the lazy river and the hot tub were heated. The baby pool, large pool, and kids splash pool were too cold to use except for one day. Floors were dirty upon arrival and the mop provided was black and dirty. They came and moped the floor but didn't bring a clean mop head as asked so we were unable to mop the week we were there. We got one roll of toilet paper and one travel shampoo for the week. Laundry costs $2 and the machine only takes dollar bills so bring quarters or dollar bills. They had one thin blanket each for 3 out of 4 of the beds. Thankfully we had brought blankets with. Pro: The listing didn't say but the couch is a bed too. They have beach chairs, umbrella, beach tent, and a large selection of beach toys. There was an indoor pool that was heated which was nice. The beds were overall comfortable. We would stay again and overall had a great time!

We only leave minimal things there as we have had guests clean out the unit of all toiletry items, but like you to have something there upon your arrival before you are able to get to the store. Please do come back anytime, this is our favorite place away from home!"

Poor communication with our guest contact. Despite reaching out multiple times, we didn't receive check in Information until 4:20 PM the day of. Our requests for early check-in were ignored. The on-site parking is VERY limited. We had to park across the street several times. Our room had sand on the floor when we got there. The shower was clogged from the first use (which makes one wonder if it was cleaned prior-to our stay??). The "free wi-fi" is actually just offered by the resort - it is unsecured and terrible. We were only supplied a half a roll of half-ply toilet paper - no extras on site. No extra pillow cases for the extra pillows. No soap in the hand soap container in the bathroom. The balcony door is near-impossible to open. Some nice things -- the proximity to the beach. The beach goodies left by the owner. The price I paid was acceptable for the property, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Unfortunately I can't fix the parking or WiFi situation. I believe those are both mentioned in the welcome letter so that folks are aware. Why only a half of roll of toilet paper was left, I'm unsure but that will be addressed moving forward. We leave a roll of each so that it allows guests time to check in and have what they need before they are able to go to the store to stock up for their stay. Regarding the communication and cleaning, these things have been addressed and again I thank you for bringing it to my attention. I want everyone comfortable when they stay in my home away from home. I hope you will reconsider and come back to visit again."
