Clean property. Only real issue was the smell of smoke inside the property when it’s stated multiple times smoking isn’t allowed. I suffer from severe migraines and smoke inside general affect’s that greatly. The 2nd bathroom sink plunger was disconnected and the purchase sticker was still on the glass shower panel not a big deal just strange. Cute little place tho I would definitely rent again!

Great vacation spot

Our cottage was wonderful. Very clean and spacious Everything there to cook a meal. Many great food options close by in Saugatuck and Douglas. The little lake and beach were wonderful. Definitely will return!

Nice cottage in cute cottage neighborhood. Nice bike trails nearby from Saugatuck to Holland. Easy to get to Saugatuck via bike, uber or car

Lakelife

Very family friendly! The beach had boats, kayaks, life jackets and beach toys. Also offers a pool and basketball court. Some guests were not respectful about cleaning up these common areas after use but we enjoyed our stay. The cabin and area were very nice.

Tulip Festival

The property is well-located for venturing forth in Holland, Grand Rapids and Saugatuk/Douglas. We were early in the season so we didn't avail ourselves of the lake and other facilities, but it looks like it could provide a fun family vacation. We did have a few suggestions that might make the cottage more comfortable and have passed those along. Our only snafu was the plumbing issue which was taken care of (same day and on the weekend), but the plumber did a poor job of clean-up.
