Peace and relaxation on the Sound with great views and beautiful sunsets! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fully updated condo, is ready for you to enjoy your next beach vacation. Kitchen has quartz countertops, a farm sink, and is open to main living area. This condo sleeps 6 guests. There is a nice master bedroom has a king size bed with balcony access and moonlight window. A barn door leads to gorgeous ensuite master bath with marble, tiled shower, walk in closet. Second bedroom also has views and is furnished with 2 full size bunk beds. Hall bath has marble countertops and tile surround for tub/shower combo. Sliders off the family room and master bedroom lead to a relaxing balcony - plus storage closet. Enjoy the view and relax in style during your stay in this beautiful condo.

Amazing!

Property is as listed and the location was perfect for us! We enjoyed the views and would highly recommend! The place was very clean, the grounds and pool and kept immaculate, and the beach was gorgeous! The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! Check-in was super easy. Everything was clean and just as pictured! The location is perfect. It was within a mile of the restaurants and boardwalk. It faces the bay side, which was a perfect place for our 5 year old to swim. We just walked across the road to the beach when we wanted to play in the sand and waves! The complex was quiet and everyone was super friendly! We will definitely be back!

I have stayed at Tristan Towers multiple times. The place is centrally located and is very nice. The views of beach and bay are wonderful no matter the unit. This particular unit was nice, but needs a deep cleaning. Everything just seemed a little clean and others things not clean. The sofa is filthy. There are pillows on the sofa to cover the dirt, but pillows are just as dirty. If you are staying any length of time, you unpack your belongings. I didn’t stay long enough for that, but I would have never placed anything in the drawers as they all need a serious cleaning. When I spend this kind of for a nice vacation, and pay a ridiculous cleaning fee, I want my stay to be clean and comfortable and it was not. The A/C is controlled via a schedule. If you are too cold or hot, it cannot be adjusted to your liking. I was cold during the day and had to wear a jacket most of the time. At night I was too warm. I want to be able to adjust the A/C to my liking. First time I encountered a stay where I couldn’t adjust A/C. I did not bring my concerns to managements attention. When I checked in I found my initial management contact rather unfriendly, so I chose not to say anything. In general, Tristan Towers is the place to stay. I just found this stay uncomfortable because of its lack of cleanliness and temp issues. Otherwise the unit has fabulous views.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We truly wish you had reached out to us during your stay regarding the temperature concerns, as we would have been happy to assist. Our thermostats are not on any type of lockout schedule and can be fully adjusted by current guests. We could have walked you through the settings over the phone or come by personally to help. We are also sorry that your initial interaction did not feel welcoming. Our team works very hard to accommodate early arrivals whenever possible, and we were glad we could get you into the unit prior to the standard 3:00 PM check-in time. We do want to clarify that, prior to check-in, our office received multiple calls requesting early access after we had advised you that we would notify you if the unit became available sooner. Additionally, adding to your early arrival demand was complicated by your attempt to enter the wrong unit, which understandably upset the guest who was still occupying that property. Unfortunately, this situation occurred shortly before your arrival and contributed to an already stressful moment for our staff.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The kitchen is a delight to work in and everything you need is provided. Beach get away

Very nice, I would stay there again. There is only one bunk bed with full-size mattress on each bed. The unit look like it had been recently remodeled and very nice. All the beds were comfortable.

Family vacation 2024

We loved this property! So clean and “user friendly”. Loved having the washer and dryer. View was great, and the kids loved that we could go right down to the small beach. Very nice but needs a thorough cleaning

The property location was perfect for us and the unit was nice. The hallways smell like urine. The sofas and pillows in the unit are dirty and smelly. We had to cover them with extra sheets that I found or we would not have been able to sit on them. Lots of pillows are not necessary and only allow more dirt and germs.

Very nice.

Overall the stay was quite nice. I would not recommend visiting this property during blue angels week. As stated in the description, there is parking on site. However, during this week the parking lot became full, there was not a single place to park. My assumption is that local residents were utilizing the gated parking lot for parking for the blue angels. We had nowhere to park and parked near a curb and woke up to our car having been towed.

Thank you for the four star review. We are so sorry for the parking situation that you encountered. Parking during Blue Angels Week is always difficult, most associations do not have enough parking for all of their owners to park! With the addition of the crowds that arrive to see the Blues that week, it can be quite difficult. The armed security guards that are posted at each association entrance keep those that do not belong away, but unfortunately there is still not enough spaces for those that do! Parking is not nearly as bad during every other week of the year!

Our family very much enjoyed staying in this condo! We loved the expansive bay views and the proximity to the beach. The tennis courts and pool were fabulous, just wish there was a fitness center in the complex. The condo itself was comfortable, beds were cozy and comfy, and the kitchen was well appointed. The condo has been renovated which is nice. My only recommendation would be to have more hooks and/or benches to place belongings on. We don’t usually unpack our things into the dressers, but there weren’t any luggage stands or benches in the secondary bedroom for my kids’ bags to sit up off the floor. And towel hooks in that bathroom would’ve been a big help. But these might be more specific to my family size of 6 being a little tight! The pedestrian gate code didn’t work either but my youngest enjoyed opening the big gate anyway so it was not a problem. We love this area of Pensacola Beach (the water was pristine like we’re in the Caribbean!) and would definitely consider staying here again. Great week!

Great condo and communication!

Loved the room, all the details were well thought out. The view from the front door walking in was beautiful, and the space was larger than we thought, better than the photos!! Communication with management was excellent. We had an issue with the washing machine and they were right on it and got it fixed, and at a convenient time for us. Excellent location, and excellent stay, we will be back!!

Spent some time getting together with family

Property was amazing, great location for just getting away on the beach, quite and was very safe and the neighbors we saw were nice. Gated parking and building with no wait to check in, love the self service. We will definitely be coming back.
