The Space:
Little Lady Cabin by Tiny Away is a perfect getaway for families, just 3 hours away from Sydney. Nearby Wollemi National Park and Ferntree Gully are ideal for bushwalking and camping.

A cozy 190-square-foot tiny house, with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. Easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on the property, where another accommodation sits on the same property.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas. Except for the vineyard, which is only accessible through a tour. If you're interested in pre-order accommodation, you can order from our cellar door menu at Naked Lady Wines and contact your land host 24 hrs before arrival.

Little Lady Cabin by Tiny Away is located in New South Wales' remote Rylstone Village, just 3 hours away from Sydney. Where an old town granary has retained its unique character buildings, such as the Bridge View Inn, the Globe Hotel, and more.

Our local recommendations:

Pepino’s Mexican Restaurant is a local favorite for flavorful Mexican dishes. The Globe Hotel offers comfortable lodging with great food, drinks, and service, while the Rylstone Hotel, once the Rylestone Tavern, provides a rustic atmosphere that feels like the Wild West.

Outdoor enthusiasts can explore Wollemi National Park for camping, canoeing, and swimming, hike Nullo Mountain for sweeping wilderness views, or visit Ferntree Gully to enjoy scenic trails and lush ferns. For daily essentials, Ahmedi’s IGA Kandos and FoodWorks are open seven days a week.

Getting Around:
By car: 3 hr drive from Sydney and Newcastle
4 hr drive from Canberra
40 min drive from Mudgee

By public transport: Train runs from Sydney to Lithgow before transferring to a daily Countrylink Bus to Rylstone Village, where our courtesy bus can collect them. Kandos and Rylstone are accessible via walking, cycling or car.

Other Things to Note:
House rules

- No smoking allowed on the property
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra only
- We have our friendly dogs on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Wine tastings are available to guests free of charge
- Our cellar door and restaurant are open from 11 am to 5 pm, Mon to Thurs

- Pets should be kept on a leash at all times
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the Tiny house and on the property
- Only fully house-trained pets are allowed, with an additional cleaning fee of $60 during their stay. Please pay directly to your land host on site

Safety guidelines

- Guests are strictly prohibited from swimming at night to prevent potential accidents
- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep
- Guests are advised to strictly adhere to the safety guidelines discussed with the land host
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay

Important note:

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Expect some noise as the property is a working vineyard/farm stay accommodation that cares for farm animals and crops
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban. We now have a fire ban, so no outdoor fires, but you can use the gas BBQ.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
