Summer vacation

Perfect place to do a lot of activities. Beach is at aboit 10-15 min. walk. 20-25 min by car from Barefoot Landing and about 30 min. from Broadway at the Beach. A lot of restaurant and near to 2 grocery store. Neighberhood really polite and friendly and all amenities (pools, tennis court, gym and game room) are in good shape.

North Myrtle Condo for 6

Although I stayed at the Sunny Coastal condo as a single person, the space was set up for 6 people. There are 2 bunk beds (4 beds total) in one bedroom with a bathroom attached. And there is one queen bedroom with a bathroom attached. This condo is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. The kitchen and eating area are spacious and well equipped. Nice outdoor porch. Never tried the TV, but there was only one in the living room--none in either bedroom. Bring your own coffee or Kuerig pods. The area was quiet and safe. I would stay here again.

Nice place

Nice location. Liked the gated access. Easy walking distance to Main Street….and Melt ice cream parlor (the best!). Used the outdoor grill a few evenings (viewable from the patio). The condo needs to supply grilling tongs and a spatula. Master bed was very firm and had difficulty sleeping. This alone would keep us from renting again. AC was plenty cold but had to look up how to use a Google Nest thermostat so I could hold the temp through the night. It was programmed to 76 during the night and woke up very uncomfortable. Also interior lighting needs to be repaired…the kitchen table dimmer switch didn’t work and was very dim (unusable) and the kitchen fluorescent bulbs kept flickering to the point it was annoying. Finally, the patio fan would only operate with the light on. It would have been nice to be able to sit on the patio at night without the light, therefore I didn’t use it. Overall, nice place. I would have rated higher if the lighting operated as it should and the mattress was of higher quality.

Great location

Nice place and great location. The listing says walking distance but I would recommend driving if you're bringing more than a towel. There's a local community pool we were kicked out of because the place didn't provide bracelets. We tried calling the property manager but they never answered and called back a lot later. Also we got a parking warning because we didn't have a parking pass. Didn't realize we needed one and one was never provided. Luckily we got the warning the last day and rolled the dice without asking. Place was decently clean but done stains on carpet. But honestly those were worst things which wasn't that bad. Great location and perfect setup for what my family needed.

Very Pleased!! Would stay again

The property is in the best location, close to everything but in a quiet gated community. We forgot the life jackets one day and had to come all the way back from the beach to get them, took 6 min all together to get back. We loved using the pool at the end of longs beach days and we’re able to watch the kids and use the community grill at the same time for dinner one night. Security circles the condos 24 hrs and are very helpful and nice. This condo was perfect for our family of 6. The only complaints we had is that the queen bed was a little too firm for our liking, but we have a super soft king size at home so it was just not for us, some may prefer it. There is also only one tv in the condo, in the living room. Having four kids and 2 adults at night with one tv was a nightmare. The only thing I’d suggest is with a condo that sleeps 8, there be at least a tv in the bunk bed room. There will obviously be large groups here and for us that would have made nights and morning cartoons run smoother. Other than that, it was a very nice stay and we recommend the entire community.
