CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations 30+ days before arrival: 50% of down payment refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival, forfeit all monies paid unless the condo is rebooked for the same rental dates & rate. If the property is rebooked for the rental dates (partially or fully), a refund will be issued for the rate that we were able to rebook the property for at the last minute, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Within 30 days: refund (partially or fully) only if condo is rebooked.

Hurricane refunds: applies during mandatory evacuation orders given for the area that the property is located in. Refunds will be given on any unused portion of rent from the date the evacuation order is lifted. No refunds will be given outside of the evacuation order dates.

We stayed over for a long Easter weekend and this place was great. The unit being on the third floor is not an issue at all. The steps are even carpeted to help with the noise of people going up and down.Despite the impression the listing or initial email gave, this is a contactless check-in property. There is no desk or staff to see when checking in. The code for the door was received promptly at 4 pm via email and we had no issues unlocking the door. Check-in was very convenient and simple.The inside is quite nice. This unit is of above average quality for the price we paid to book it. We found the unit to be very clean. Trash disposal was very close by, no further than we carry out our trash at home. Towels are provided in wrapped up sanitized bundles, which is great; however, it creates extra plastic waste that I wish could be avoided.The beach is just across the street and that location for beach access has public restrooms, which comes in handy when traveling with kids.The only con would be others in the complex do not all follow the parking policy. Others parked in the designated, labeled parking spot for this unit nearly the entire time we were there. Thankfully, there were unassigned overflow parking spots near the unit that we were able to use. I can see this being a much bigger issue during times when more people are staying on the property during busier weeks or if traveling with two cars.We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay in this unit again.

Great Condo in A Great Location

This property is located in a beautiful area of North Myrtle Beach just a few steps away from the beach. Area surrounded by various restaurants and family activities. I would definitely rebook in the future.

Will not stay again

Walked into mouse poop and a roach in the laundry room. Mice traps are set under the kitchen sink and behind washer and dryer so property obviously knows this is an ongoing issue. Had more pests (that were NOT palmetto bugs) visit during our day. Alerted property manager and sent pictures to her. She called me and apologized and asked if I needed house keeping. I didn’t because I had already cleaned up the mess…who wants to stay in that especially when you have a child with you? She then told me she would speak to the owner about a discounted rate and I never heard back from her. I’d like to mention the fact that I never asked for a monetary compensation, she was the one that offered this. When I emailed to inquire about it, the response was “what discounted rate are you referring to?” This property is on the third floor and there is no elevator at the complex so please do your research and read the entire listing before you book. I can’t fault the owner for this one as I did not read all the additional details so that part is on me. They do not provide any paper products, such as toilet paper or paper towels so plan accordingly to have to carry even more bags up three flights of stairs. The parking lot is small and an absolute disaster. It is NOT meant for large vehicles.
