The house is lovely & in a perfect spot. However, the lack of insect screens especially in the sleep out was a big problem also no heat pump out there. There is no insulation in the house & there was rain/ condensation coming down inside. No extractor fan in the bathroom, also the insect spray is directly onto the food in the kitchen, should be moved! Ceilings were all wet. I’m only outlaying these concerns because the price is up there. Thank you Linda Seitz

Yes the house is lovely and in a perfect location and it is actually very reasonably priced for what it provides but thanks for your feedback. I am sorry you had issues with insects, we haven't had this reported by other guests that I can recall so I have passed this on to the owner along with the comment about condensation as that is a new one. Possibly with the high humidity from the excessive rain as that was the week of the cyclone passing through so it was very unusual weather conditions.The owners are a lovely older couple that I am sure will do what they can to address these.
