The Space: The standout of this property is it's quirky heritage style & amazing location. No need for a car because you are walking distance to everything you need, being perfectly located amongst Colley Reserve, the buzzing esplanades, Glenelg beach and the yachts and boardwalks of the Holdfast Marina.
The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area have a great view into the outdoor courtyard and over the greenery of the reserve across the road. High ceilings and a large bedroom provides a homely feeling of spaciousness.
The bedroom features a very comfortable King sized bed. A portacot is also available at the property for guest use, however please note, we do not supply linen or bedding for the portacot.
A new reverse cycle air conditioner has recently been installed to the lounge area and bedroom, so you can feel comfortable all year round.
The funky retro bathroom features a shower over footbath, toilet and laundry all in one. There are two towels supplied per guest. So you can travel light, we also supply bar soap, hotel size shampoo/conditioner and a hairdryer.
This property is catered for simplicity and relaxation, ideal for guests looking to be in close proximity to the action, with a unqiue and cosy space to rest at the end of the day.
Guest Access: The entire apartment is all yours. You also have walk through access from Durham Street and access to the communal clothes line. There isn't an allocated car park, however you do get a parking permit which allows you to park in any of the 3 hour zones in Glenelg for up to 24 hours at a time. The street directly behind the property is the best place to park, and you can access property from the back entrance.
The Neighborhood: Just a 3 minute stroll finds you on the sandy white beach and the iconic Glenelg Jetty, as well as all the attractions of Jetty Road. Your apartment compendium includes some of our recommendations and special offers from local businesses.
Getting Around: Besides being walking distance to everything Glenelg has to offer, getting into Adelaide CBD couldn't be easier with the tram running between Glenelg and the City every 20 minutes. There is also a main bus hub in Glenelg that can connect you to almost everywhere else!
Other Things to Note: Please note that there is no allocated car park for this property, however you do get a parking permit that allows you to park in any of the 3 hour zones in Glenelg for up to 24 hours at a time. There is also ticketed parking out the front of the property (but it's pretty steep $ for long term parking and your permit won't work here).
Best parking is in the street directly behind the property, as guests also have walk through access from that street to the side door of the apartment. Parking is free in any of the 3 hour zones with your permit, or if you have two cars it is 3 hours between 9-6pm, and free at night.
*** Please be aware that construction is ongoing on a block directly next to the apartment, the end date is currently unknown so there is a potential for construction noise disturbance until further notice. That being said, there are noise restrictions in the area as follows: construction activity that causes noise to neighboring premises is not permitted on any Sunday or public holiday; or after 7pm or before 7am on any other day.***
We provide a basic starter amenities pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper. As this is a self-catering property, depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay.

This property is located at 20A Colley Terrace, and there is a bus interchange not more than 2 minute walk away. The buses are a great way to get about Adelaide. The property is great for a single and/or a couple.

Beautifully presented semi detached apartment, that maintains its old world charm: very clean, great aircon (the temp was 40 degree outside but perfect inside), everything required for self sufficiency supplied.For us more mature folk the very best asset was the comfortable bed and pillows to suit both of us, firm memory for me and soft and fluffy for my husband.We would definitely recommend and would stay over again next time we visit Adelaide.

Great location in the centre of Glenelg. Everything is only minutes away. Parking can be an issue the competition is hot.
Only reason for low accuracy score is Stayz had it listed as 2 bedroom which made it awkward.

Everything about this property and our stay in Glenelg was wonderful.
From the moment we made our booking we were kept well informed of the next step from our hosts. Everything was explained so well and it made for a very relaxing holiday.
The property is in a great position, close to shops restaurants, play grounds, beach, tram, buses and not too far away from the airport.
Our unit was quite old but our stay was very comfortable and everything was clean and well presented. We would stay here again if we ever came back.

WOW: clean, comfortable, central (walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, beach, marina/pier, tram into Adelaide City) plenty of space for us to live in and not be on top of each other, especially as we stayed for a week. And, plenty of hot water and pressure for showers.
I would highly recommend staying here and I would book here again in a heart beat - so easy to deal with and accessible at any point in time. They are always checking in to ensure your stay is comfortable and if there is anything more they can do for you.

Property obviously very old but quite comfortable. There was only one thing to draw to your attention. Soundproofing not too good....footsteps from adjoining properties fairly audible,and at all times of night....did not keep us awake, otherwise we enjoyed our stay with yo....Tom.
The property is extremely dated. Had to wash face etc in kitchen sink as the bathroom doesnt have a sink mixer tap.
Not value for money. Photos nade it look very different to reality.

This lovely apartment was a wonderful home for 10 days for my husband and I. A huge bedroom with plenty of cupboard and shelves for clothes, bathroom with washing machine and access to clothes line, great lounge and dining (including much needed aircon) and a small but serviceable kitchen- with a microwave and 2 hot plates we could cook simple meals for 2.
Away from the noise of the shops and restaurants but close enough to walk to it all (3-5mins walk) and just across the Rd from the beautiful beach.
It was an excellent home base to go to wineries from.
Having a permit to park was great although at this time of year it was busy and not always easy to get a park.
We loved this apartment and position and highly recommend it. Also lots of communication from Mxt making sure all was well- excellent.

Although the bathroom and kithcen fittings are not modern, they are functional. Air conditioning is top notch though and the TV big and smart. Functional washing machine too. Consists of a big bedroom, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage, bathroom, kitchen and small lounge area. There is a small front courtyard which is made private by foliage, with some chairs and a small table. Colley Terrace can be a bit noisy when the hot cars and bikes go past, but the location is otherwise great, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, the beach and tram to the city. No parking, but the host provides a 24 hour pass for onstreet parking nearby, and there is a convenient parking garage. We really enjoyed our stay.
