This lovely and peaceful 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath on a double block fully renovated just metres to
Boat Ramp,

Bowls Club ,
Golf Club

In a quiet no through road, quick cut through to the lake and all it has to offer. Plenty of storage and space for boats and caravans with room left over for a nice outdoor fire and room for kids to still play.

A simple and very comfortable, well equipped home ready for those who are regulars and love fishing and boating or for those that are new to this amazing part of Victoria.

Please note there are two security cameras externally for security purposes. They are directed towards the drive and garage.

Great relaxing family holiday

Our family really enjoyed our stay, the booking process was seamless. The house and grounds, were everything we hoped for and more. It felt like a home away from home. Loch Sport is a beautiful place in Victoria to have a family holiday. I'd highly recommend this peaceful home for your next vacation. Thank you again to the hosts for having us as guests.

A nicely renovated property

Very well presented renovated property, good size rooms and kid friendly. Accommodated our 2 families comfortably. The Large deck was great with lots of yard space for the kids to run around and still plenty of space for cars/boats. Walking distance to lake Victoria and around the corner from the boat ramp Overall a great property.

Enjoyable Say at Loch Sport

The property was in a quiet location but only a short distance from the water. The house was very well appointed but still had that casual beach house feel about it. Great communication from the hosts who were really accessible to address any minor queries or issues that we had. Highly recommended.

Perfect Loch Sport getaway

We absolutely loved our time at this property. Super clean, all the amenities we needed inside and the yard was perfect for our toddler to run around and play in, with the property fully fenced it was perfect. 2 min walk to the jetty/beach, RSL, Bowls club and a beautiful stroll along the foreshore to a great kids playground. We will definitely be back for some more R&R
